Claud, You should offer bonus points for anything over 4 hrs of exercise
Hey Relly, I was planning on offering bonus points for more exercise in some weeks but not all. The reason is that if people just stick to their nutrition (as required by the challenge) and do 4 hours of exercise, they should be good for losing on their diet and meeting their health goals. So I dont want to put the continuous pressure of doing lots of extra exercise when the challenge is based on meeting our necessary goals. Sometimes when people over do it (like most of the forum's gung ho newbies), they end up hating their plan and dropping their new healthy lifestyle.
But I will definitely take your suggestion for next week. I'll post about next week's bonus soon!
