Hey girls and trops
A bit worried about the upcoming weekend - it is ALWAYS when i let things slide a bit...determind not to but i know what i am like
Tomorrow will be a bit of a test - I'm weighing in first thing in the morning so if that doesnt show any sign of loss then i might cry after all the effort i have made this week....even a pound would be better than nothing! I need to hit 232lbs to be on target
worried much....lol
Also, it's cake day at work, so I will be avoiding the staff room at break! Usually a friday night would see me and my friends very drunk and dancing til the wee small hours, then some takeaway and NO exercise at all.....welcome the new improved allie! The plan for tomorrow is no booze at all, avoid the damn cakes and make sure i do my 2 miles + dancemat for 1hr + some yoga
I know i can do that!!
But hell I AM def still going dancing!!
Cant have a friday without a club or two and im sure dancing like a maniac will burn even more cals - whooo yay!!!!!!!!
