Relly, you dont need to edit. You just click on the box where you want to enter information and then just type away. If you need to change something, just click in and type and it will exchange the prior entry automatically. I wasn't worried about you anyhow. You are a TROOOPER!
Here's my exercise update! 30 mins weights and 15 minutes on the stair stepper at the gym. Woo hoo! I plan to do 1 hour on my home elliptical tomorrow, another 1/2 hour on Sat, and a very brisk walk up in CT at my mom's (if I end up going up there) on Sunday. Then I can take Mon off, if I dont get in my exercise on Sun, I'll always have Monday to get in my last hour.
Eating great so far today!
Luckily I tend to eat less one day and more the next so my plan is an AVERAGE of 1800 calories, 12,600 total for the week.
***it really helps with my posture while trying to do these yoga positions considering there is a TON of mirrors here....the posture I'm sure will get better, when I get the junk around my posture smaller***:

Believe it or not.....I work COMPLETELY by myself all day....and the one reason I didn't ever work out at work...was PURE LAZINESS....go figure...Kicking ass and taking names!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Completely agree with the yoga!!! I find myself standing taller and walking lighter because of yoga. I love yoga. I find myself doing some poses everyday, especially twists because they really help free up tension in my back and legs!
Great job with the workout, love the thigh master motivation!!!! Does anyone ever look over and ask you what you are doing? haha

NOW a little challenge starts...and all of a sudden I realize I have at least 6 hours per day to work out at work ....(that I'll do it all ...probably not...but that's a lot)!!! And No...one ever catches me....LMAO!!!!

You can have a treadmill, connected to a raised desk, so people can do their work and workout. It was on CNN at the gym a few weeks ago and I was thinking GENIUS!!!!!!!!!!! Although, could you imagine writing something and falling flat on your face? haha

....OMG....one time...it was the funniest thing.....I was rolling around on the chair here, and then I got up, and as I was going to sit down, I miscalculated the size of my ROUND ASS, and only hit the half the chair, and I ATE IT ALL BY MYSELF here, and the chair and I toppled over.. ....LOL!!!....I can't even stand and sit right...LMAO.. I can just imagine the treadmill!!!!
