Here's my exercise update! 30 mins weights and 15 minutes on the stair stepper at the gym. Woo hoo! I plan to do 1 hour on my home elliptical tomorrow, another 1/2 hour on Sat, and a very brisk walk up in CT at my mom's (if I end up going up there) on Sunday. Then I can take Mon off, if I dont get in my exercise on Sun, I'll always have Monday to get in my last hour.

Eating great so far today!
 
Anyone know where gohomjes is? And Relly and ambalove, why haven't you checked into the spreadsheet :D?? Can someone see if gohomejes is still participating? Thanks..

I just havent yet but will.I need to go read back and figure out how to edit...

Relly, you dont need to edit. You just click on the box where you want to enter information and then just type away. If you need to change something, just click in and type and it will exchange the prior entry automatically. I wasn't worried about you anyhow. You are a TROOOPER!

Wow did I miss alot last night after going to bed!!! The smack talk is amazing! Keep up the great work ladies (and Trops)!!!!!!!!!!! haha

Today has been PHENOMENAL with eating! I am round 700 calories right now, and ready to have a big dinner of chicken, pasta, and a salad!! YUMMMM!!!!!!!!!!


No workout today, because tomorrow is the 'getting serious' day!!!!!

Yesterday:
45 mins of STAIR SPRINTS @ work heheh!!!
15 mins of Stationary bike @ home --late night....

Food Yesterday: AMAZING!!! LOW CARB....1 gallon of HOT GREEN TEA
No food after 8pm.

Today: 30 mins. (so far) of Stair Sprints @ work--heheh!!!
30 mins of Yoga stretches @ work....(hehehe) ---so far ;)
30 mins of Arm Work/Strength Training-with my thigh master machine...(yeah, I know thighs but YEAH , it works...LOL!!)
--THIGH mASTER under my desk with me----continuous crunching!
Food Today: AMAZING....every 2 1/2 hour snacks...little meals...
Vitamins ;) and ALMOST 2 gallons of hot green tea!!!


***it really helps with my posture while trying to do these yoga positions considering there is a TON of mirrors here....the posture I'm sure will get better, when I get the junk around my posture smaller***:D:

Kicking ass and taking names!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Completely agree with the yoga!!! I find myself standing taller and walking lighter because of yoga. I love yoga. I find myself doing some poses everyday, especially twists because they really help free up tension in my back and legs!

Great job with the workout, love the thigh master motivation!!!! Does anyone ever look over and ask you what you are doing? haha

Believe it or not.....I work COMPLETELY by myself all day....and the one reason I didn't ever work out at work...was PURE LAZINESS....go figure...

NOW a little challenge ;) starts...and all of a sudden I realize I have at least 6 hours per day to work out at work :smilielol5:....(that I'll do it all ...probably not...but that's a lot)!!! And No...one ever catches me....LMAO!!!!
 
LOL we appreciate it no matter how terrible it is :) you should try talking to chillen... he's always comming up with stuff like that in like 99% of his posts. He likes to be motivational like that

Yeah, I know. Although I'd like to give some credit to Chillen for motivating me, I've got to take the blame for this myself :D

NOW a little challenge ;) starts...and all of a sudden I realize I have at least 6 hours per day to work out at work :smilielol5:....(that I'll do it all ...probably not...but that's a lot)!!! And No...one ever catches me....LMAO!!!!

AMAZING! Have you ever seen people who have the "treadmill-desk"??? It is SO COOL. You can have a treadmill, connected to a raised desk, so people can do their work and workout. It was on CNN at the gym a few weeks ago and I was thinking GENIUS!!!!!!!!!!! Although, could you imagine writing something and falling flat on your face? haha

....OMG....one time...it was the funniest thing.....I was rolling around on the chair here, and then I got up, and as I was going to sit down, I miscalculated the size of my ROUND ASS, and only hit the half the chair, and I ATE IT ALL BY MYSELF here, and the chair and I toppled over.. ....LOL!!!....I can't even stand and sit right...LMAO.. I can just imagine the treadmill!!!!

...i want one....I might crash into my computer screen...LOL!!! ;)
