So on Monday I guess it was, Or Tuesday, ya Tuesday, I did wii fit for 30 mins, alot of boxing, so much fun on the wii board:)20 mins of Biggest Loser Boot Camp with Bob (weights) and 60 mins of Yoga.

Today so far 30 mins of Wii Fit (20 mins was Yoga)Im determinded to start the Couch to 5k today, was gonna do it this morning bu ti was too exhausted, sleep first and then we will go from there:)I also wanna do my Yoga Kick Boxing Fusion dvd and I guess I will use the stepper at work...LOL, havent used it this block of shifts yet.I like to try and use it at least twice a week.
 
I have a daughter who just turned 4 in november and a boy who'll be turning 2 in July...they are the sweetest most adorable kids ever but oh boy sometimes they can be a handfull... lol sometimes i can't help but chuckle and say "your lucky your cute..."

Boot camp is being held in a gym this next time around and we are allowed to stay afterwards I would like to and use the elliptical or see if I can go before hand and use it:)

 
Claud - I think after 6 weeks this should just continue on for those of us that are serious and want the competition and the spread sheet, LOL!This is great support and motivation...
 
The GOOD in the BAD!

Okay so here it is.....I don't know how this happened.........actually I DO....

....let me start, so I've been feeling great about myself lately :D: with this challenge, taking all the steps to do this challenge and really do it .....and THEN....DUN DUN DUN DUN......the SCALE ....:reddevil:....this morning.....UGGGH

....so let's start with the GOOD NEWS FIRST,....cause I'm still in a GOOD MOOD...(only cause I'm having a good hair day...;) ) ...but yes,.....I LOST 4 lbs this week :party:!!!! CHeeeeeeeoooWW!!!!

.....so now....:( let's get to the BAD news.....so, last week when my DUMB ASS :rant: weighed in on my cheap scale, I KNEW that it was in the negative numbers to start....so when I weighed in on it....it said

(- 6)......right....fine.....that's not the problem....THE PROBLEM is that when I stepped onto it....it said 160 lbs....LAST WEEK right.....SO WHY THE HELL DID I FORGET TO ADD THOSE 6 lBS to my weight....:puke:....so the REAL WEIGHT last week was 6 lbs :eek2: higher than I had thought!!!!....so this morning when I stood on the scale it was sooooo weird and annoying when the scale read ( 0 ) and I stood and it said 162 :confused:....I was like WTFFFFF!!!!?!? :eek: HOW DID I END UP GAINING this past week?!?!.....and YUPPPPP.....sure enough....I realized my little miscalculation in LBS.....and bottom line.....I'm PIST at myself for having taken 4 weeks of MASSIVE EATING in DECEMBER & MASSIVE Drinking as well......and MASSSSSIVE CARB & SUGAR intake....and NO EXERCISE....and UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH!!!! ......so yeah.....that is exactly how I reversed a LARGE portion of my so hard worked for efforts!!!

....****HUGEEEE SIGH****ahhhhhh......BUTTTT ......that's what we are here for...the challenge & to stay focused!!!!

....ALSO AS OF TODAY....no more alcohol for ME, or LOVELYLADYHUMPS...cause we made a little challenge for ME and HER, and I think CURVIE is jumping on in too!!!......BUT YEAH>>>>

OVERALL I FEEL GOOD!.....4lbs...is 4lbs.......!!!! WATCH OUT!! I'm letting this be a lesson, and USING IT FOR STRENGTH!!! FuC*&^*#^ these LBS!!! LOL!

Alta, make sure the start weight on the spreadsheet has the correct weight so that you can track your successes (of which I am sure there will be many to come).

Alta, I love your attitude. Crappy deal with the scales, but at least you got it figured out and actually know what was going on. Congrats on the 4pounds!!

Don't worry about the scale Alta...over 6 weeks of no drinking and working out we are GONNA see some damn results!! I can guarantee it!! OUUU!

Today I had no chocolate (YAY!) but I ate one of my vegan, wheat-free doughnuts (BOO) that are 170 calories. I bought the package a long time ago and they're not even that tasty...I think I'm just going to throw them away! Fuck em!

So other than that I had no sugary snacks (well I put agave in my tea). I started, so no more PMS appetite to bother me and I should be able to diet more easily. Also, now that I quit drinking for a month, I probably won't overdo my calories on the weekends as much.

I can enjoy a decent dinner tonight and still make my diet goals, YAY!

Plus, I'm getting a battery for my scale so I can finally know FOR SURE how last week really went. Uh, but my period my screw up my numbers, I usually gain 3-5 pounds during the first part of it! We'll see...
 
Hey Teamies!!!

Just a quick check in. Yesterday turned out pretty good. I went for a 30 min walk during my lunch break and then had a intense 60 min salsa aerobics with my wrist weights... I had a hard time finding my energy but it turned out being a good class.

I ended the day with a 1128 cal deficit... a little high but I'll take it!

I've downloaded a few running schedules to start training for a half marathon.... I was going to run tonight but I want to get some strength training in.

We are all doing great, Im happy to be on this team:)!Im not feeling to well, Im gonna try my hardest to get in 3 more hours of exercise...

Claud can we get in more, like if we go for 2 extra hrs can we get 1o points ? Anyway, Im gonna try to at least get in one hour over.

I gotta listen to my body a bit, ive been more exhausted than usual...Ive been napping before work after putting my youngest to bed and resting at work,..this is very unusual for me, im go go go, as those of you that know me well, know...usually infection starts out this way, Which is quiet possible between my tooth and my nose...no energy or next to none...

I develope staph infection like most ppl catch a common cold....*BLAH* If i keep feeling like crap I will need to go to the docs.

Anyway im going for 3 more hours and we will go from there, usually i have way more exercise in by this point:(

I dont wanna be a weak member
