Hey team tits! :) I'm currenty remodeling my kitchen(tiles a bitch!!) so I haven't been posting on here as much as I would like, BUT I'm still here, updating everything :) So, anyway, lost 3lbs this week!! YAY! Sooo happy to finally get a move on again. Definately good news for myself, lol.
Everyones doin great, keep it up guys!

That's how I feel, until I peek into one of Barre's Playboys, then I start to think DDs are where it's at....LOL

Doing well here, thanks to Amy's organic prepared foods. They fill me up and are low in calories, for which I am thankful. Looks like I'll be getting a "10" for today, so far so good!
 
I've come to like my boobs as they have shrank from almost a D to a full B... I've learned that a nice BRA can really take you a long way!!

I agree! the BRA was an amazing invention! I love em'!
Right now im sitting somewhere between DD and E and so want a reduction... I hate not being able to buy just any bra... I like to shop at la senza and they always have these 3 for 35 (as an example) tables with matching panties and I can't buy off those tables anymopre... since i've had kids and gained weight these thing seem to continue growing and growing and now i'm forced to buy my bra's at 40.00 EACH at the least...
I can't wait till I start downsizing but i'm thinking i'm going to want a lift... lol maybe ill just be happy to be thin but I dont know... when they no longer have a rounded shape to them I just dont see that happenning...

I had just over 1600 calories today but took the day off from exercise. Tomorrow the boss wont be around (nor the next day) so I'll go to the gym around 9am and then head to work after. That way I'm sure to get my work-outs in! Gotta get that 5 hours this week. Hot diggity!

I've been super busy today! I cleaned my entire house from top to bottom and did all the laundry and cooked dinner. This is while chasing a two year old around all damn day. My daughter never stops!! I've sit down may an hour at the most today so I'm sure I've burned a ton of cals. I'm sitting here trying to get motivated to hit the gym, we just ate dinner so I'm waiting 30 minutes to let my food settle before heading out. I think I may go peruse my new Women's Health mag to help with the motivation.

This is a new week, we're gonna do this!!!!

lol sounds like my life... my kids NEVER stop and no matter how much I clean my house NEVER stays clean... my house is only ever clean from top to bottem for like an hour out of the day... and no one is ever here to see it... people only stop by just after a couple of tournedos rip through the house...
ahh bed time in 20 minutes! then quiet time... I'll be able to fold laundry in peace!

So I cooked my chicken tonight on the new George Foreman grill and it came out great and so healthy. Took less than 5 minutes and I drizzled lime juice and some seasonings and sprayed some olive oil spray. It was oh so good with some rice.

I also bought some 45 calorie per slice whole wheat bread (Pepperidge Farm) and a few weeks ago I bought one of those sandwich makers and quickly made myself a ham and cheese croque monseur sandwich when I got home and was starving..you're eating a delicious hot sandwich in around 3 minutes. The whole thing was about 250 cals and very filling.

I'm just starting to remember the diet foods I used to look for to cut calories wherever possible. And I did lose weight at the time. I also bought some Hood low carb milk that only has 45 calories per 8 ounces. I haven't tried it yet though. The Hood low carb chocolate ice cream is also great at 90 calories per cup.

Have no Idea Claud, Im assuming it is water weight, Ive been exercising lots before but i guess I really just need to exercise non stop as we have established with me in the past.I never would have exercised this past week for 4 hrs by choice,lol.

And from this next week and in it will be abt 5 min a week 6 hrs of exercise...

I still havent started the couch yet, I need to fit it in somewhere...

Maybe tonight during biggest loser...

Or tomorrow would prob be better with the every other day thing.

Tomorrow for sure...

I have done 60 mins of Yoga this morning in the wee hours of the night, 330am - 430am, LOL

And used the Wii Fit Board for 30 mins after dropping the lil one off at daycare:)

Will more than likely do somethign during the biggest loser and when the ex is here...

I think Im back!LOLI seem to have found my exercise groove agian!
 
Awesome Relly, glad you got your little exercise bug back. I had no idea you had lost it, always knew you're hardcore.. That's sure not 4 lbs of water, I'm excited! I also stopped exercising regularly for the past few months and my weight went right up about 8 lbs. Scary! I've always been one to take a break from the exercising, then get back into it, lather, rinse, repeat.
 
Im the same, I havent ever exercised for 4 hrrs though in a week I dont think...I must have way back when...when I was doing 15 - 17 miles on the elliptical a day...and walking the dog a cpl times a day and then cleaning houses all day long, lol.

Except for challeneges my min has usually been abt 3 hrs a week, I think.

Im super stoked to be done 4 lbs:)

That rocks so much, I did a dance for you, but you can't see it because we're on the interweb.. but it still soooo happened :D

Just got back from the gym and been eating well for the day, we'll see how things end up after dinner and I will be back to post later!

School starts tomorrow and I'm going to try to jump right into a schedule with working out in the middle of it, whoohoo.
