weigh ins

I like we should weigh in at least every two weeks and possibly once a week. Maybe Mondays? That way we can watch our progress and make changes as needed. Measurements are a great tool too, because while we may not always lose pounds we do lose inches. I worked out for almost 6 weeks before I started losing weight finally. But I also lost 4 inches. So to keep ourselves motivated weekly weigh ins or measurements, whichever is comfortable to all of you. What does everyone think?
 
That sounds good to me. I'll start. I think if we are going to do measurements, we should do them about once a month..at least thats what I do now.

I think its great that we are all posting these pictures, and it will be so worth it at the end of the summer when we can see the vast improvements that our bodies will have undergone.

If I wasn't determined for that to be true, there's no way I would have posted pictures!

I have nicked your chart thing, something new! (except I don't have a tapemeasure at hand so I'll edit this post to add measurements tomorrow).

(I am not sure exactly how/where to take all these measurements so I've written some of them down so I know I can do it consistently next time!)

Hey, I'm glad people are doing this :D Like I said I'll post my pics at the end, cause I'm not so comfortable with them being up without the better result beside it! I'll do the measurements thing too! I have measurements from April and I'm getting measured on sat, so I'll just post my measurements on sat once those are done :)

Oh yeah its totally cool if people arent comfortable with posting pics until the end :) we all know how it is to feel uncomfortable in our own bodies.

Yay, I am so glad all of us are doing this. It will be fun :)

yeah I was thinking that too, I don't think I will post pictures either, unless I'm feeling either really excited about losing weight or really bored lol.

I agree! I don't want to get discouraged if there is not a big difference. But I know there will be after 4 months! I can't wait to see my before and after pics next to each other!

Right, off to measure myself, then workout!
 
I don't know how to measure, every time I do it I get a different number so I'm just going to do wieght and dress size.

What Have You Done Since May 1st?

No bragging or gloating here, just thought I'd post to make sure you guys are keeping tabs on me.... Here's what I've done so far. So far, I'm reaching my goal of 2 lbs per week doing the whole diet and exercise bit... Imagine that?!

Monday 30th-45 minutes step
Tuesday 1st- 45 minutes spinning
Wednesday 2nd- NOTHING- bad mommy, bad :mad: - and I ate some mini nachos!
Thursday 3rd- 60 minutes step

......

I think I'll do this weekly- anyone else want to join in and regulate others?!

Sure I'll join in, though for the last week my exercise has been sparse.

April 30- 4 miles walking on track
May 1- 1.25 miles walking on track - I would have done more but I had a low blood sugar attack
May 2- None :( I got all ready to go to the track and then I stepped outside my dorm and it was raining....

I'll update this throughout the week.

it's day 3!! Good job everyone! I did Tae-bo Mon. Tues and Wed. 60 mins each day, as well as 500 crunches all three days. Today i will do the same and proboblly also walk 2 miles.
Keep up the good work!
