45 minutes + treadmill
3 miles in just under 45 minutes (haven't bested my time yet - it seems adding incline to the mix - slows me down....
and ran - actually ran for 1 1/2 blocks onthe way home from the gym - I'll eventually get torunning the entire 1/2 mile home it's just too weird runing ont he treadmill
Ok, i think I'll like this challenge. Ooooh, to be skinnny for vb season next year. I have this dream of walking in to tryouts, and my coach not recognizing me. *stares of into dreamland* Ahem... I'll make it my goal to make it to the gym at least 3 times a week. And to never leave not sweaty.
whatever you are comfortable posting in -- though this is a family friendly site (despite m y language most days) so clothing isnt optional - just cover the "fun" parts and we're good
o think nem's idea was to challenge yourself - so your workout is what you decide it should be - and the end result will be the end result.. I'm not sure there will be a true winner but we can vote
