Started the diet on 04007 and dropped the exercise whilst my body gets used to the lower cals. Planning on checking in and logging weight every week. My goal is supposed to be looking decent by end of August. Agressive, but healthy...
p.s. Take those clothes off all you beautiful women- I had to dig out the granny panties for this one! Trust me, if I did it, you could. I need to go watch some Dr. Phil now...
