Well, a plan would be helpful in trying to achieve results, lol. I think so anyways, lol.

I have my now pics ready, I just prefer to post them when I have my later ones (in which I'll look better so I won't feel so bad about the other ones, lol).
 
as longas you have the pics -i think nemmie will beok with it :) we don't care what you look like now... :) maybe it'll inspire you to really work :)
 
I know I'm a bit late (I didn't see this thread before) but could I get in on this Nemises? I have pics on the first page of my diary (the before pics) which were taken the first week of March. I would love to be a part of this if I could.
 
I am already pumped. I can't wait to do this. I was looking in the before and after pictures and I got motivated. Now all I have to do is get enough courage to post a picture of my body. I hope this would motivate my butt to get moving!! Well, I'll be back on May 1st.

Crap. Newbe here, too (Not to exercise, mind you, despite however it may look)

Here I am, but don't freak- I was having a bad hair day...

Started the diet on 04007 and dropped the exercise whilst my body gets used to the lower cals. Planning on checking in and logging weight every week. My goal is supposed to be looking decent by end of August. Agressive, but healthy...

p.s. Take those clothes off all you beautiful women- I had to dig out the granny panties for this one! Trust me, if I did it, you could. I need to go watch some Dr. Phil now...

Hi, I'm in!

(by the skin of my teeth as its almost May!)

was going to do this anyway, and the time scale is perfect for me as I'm at uni too!

Ooo, these photos are gross. I have just taken them 2 minutes ago. I was going to think of some excuse as to why I shouldn't post photos, but no I really should! No excuses.

(I hope to God none of my real-life friends ever join this forum!)

well here goes let the challenge begin. A little about me, I just had a baby on Feb. 7th of 07. I have lost almost all my weight. My goal is to lose the rest of the weight and get bikini body ready. I started working out 6 weeks ago. I will post often and tell of my exercise and eating habits. Good luck to everyone! We all have different goals, but regarless we all want the same thing in the end! Which is to feel amazing, mentally, phisically, and emotionlly. So lets get going everyone!!

I think its great that we are all posting these pictures, and it will be so worth it at the end of the summer when we can see the vast improvements that our bodies will have undergone.

It's funny, I am so much less ashamed of my body now...its like, I know I'm fat, and I am fine with other people knowing that as well because I know that I am doing something to help it. I am no longer just one of the obese American people who sit around doing nothing but eating fries and pizza. I am making a difference and I am going against the statistics of how so few of morbidly obese people ever reach a normal weight. Lol my roomate called me vain because I take pictures so often to track my progress :p

So, way to go people for posting your pictures. And I can't wait to see all of ya'lls pictures at the end of this challenge!!!

Today is the day! Good luck everyone. The hardest part about working out and eating right is getting motivated. Just remember we are all in this togeather, and how great we are all going to feel and look this summer!
 
Yes it is May! Day 2 of the summer fitness challenge!

I walked 1.5 hours a day yesterday and I will today too, and I'm gonna do a proper workout tomorrow!

I SO want to get fit and slim and toned- we can do this!!!!!!

Hello Day two! Hope everyone is feeling great! I did Tae-Bo for an hour yesterday! I love the workout it kicks your a@#! I also did 500 crunches because I really want that flat tummy! I ate healthy. I generally eat about 5 small meals a day and eat whatever I want on Sundays as a reward.
I hope you are all doing fantastic. Come on everyone LETS GET PHYSICAL!!
 
I had volleyball practice yesterday, and did 120 crunches, a minute of planks, leg lifts, and pushups.

Will probably go for a walk today with the dog, and do more toning stuff. *eyes the bikini in the shop window*

Must stay strong! I want that bikini! :D
