I went running for the first time yesterday, and managed 5 miles, alternating walking and running.

Also did my pushup set.

When we post a new entry, let's also say what we did, the better to inspire each other and cheer each other on.

So, today the weather cleared up, and I did another 5 miles 1/2 running, 1/2 walking.
I was really excited. It took about the same time as before; 1hr 07min.

OK, lets see. This workout was from sunday, 9/6 - I am just able to post now. My next workout is scheduled for tonight, so I'll be able to add more when I post tonight or tomorrow ;)

Started with squats as usual:
5reps x 45lbs warmup
3reps x 135lbs warmup
1rep x 185lbs warmup
3sets x 5reps x 205lbs workout

Squat total: 3890lbs

Then I moved onto standing overhead press:
5reps x 45lbs warmup
3reps x 65lbs warmup
1rep x 95lbs warmup
5reps+4reps+4reps x 110lbs workout (hit my second stall in this exercise, so I'll be repeating this weight on thursday.)

Overhead Press total: 1945lbs

Last exercise of the day, seated cable rows:
10+10+10reps x 130lbs workout

Row total: 3900lbs

Weightlifting total: 9735

Today I decided to split up my bike riding. I did a bit early in the morning and then some more in the evening. Was a bit easier on me than trying to go for a long time in a single session.
