Started with squats as usual:

Then I moved onto standing overhead press:
5reps x 45lbs warmup
3reps x 65lbs warmup
1rep x 95lbs warmup
5reps+4reps+4reps x 110lbs workout (hit my second stall in this exercise, so I'll be repeating this weight on thursday.)

Last exercise of the day, seated cable rows:
