I have been such an exercise slug this week. No sooner so I start this challenge than I fall completely apart.
I'm pretty sure it is because my accustomed routine has been disrupted, and that has thrown me completely off track.
I will try to do better.

uh oh, I'm such a pain in the butt..I know. LOL oops.. :blush5: Thanks Cord, I just can't be bothered to do it like that, I like to see it as a whole, all the way through. Although I know it shouldn't be done differently for individuals, or we'd have a mess on our hands. But I don't really see a problem with it, unless others do?

For me personally, or the challenge.

Me, I've been sucking canal water. Have to get off my fat butt and do something. I did get a lot of walking in today, but that's it.
I will do better tomorrow.

The challenge is going great so far. Lots of people joining in!

Lots of people racking up huge numbers - it's pretty cool.
