I in the end can only help myself better than everyone else. Many have done what they could have done, and I don't take that for granted neither. I apreciated there help and still do apreciate it. I won't give up and will keep going on. I've come close though, but I've pulled myself out. I now know who my real friends are and who aren't my friends.

With Yule being tommorow and the rest of the holiday season near an end, this means the new year's about to be upon us. 2008 was quite a year indeed, though I lost alot of things including a great love, I have also gain something back. I gained back who I was all along, but with it I gain also a better understanding of who I am and what I need. I need to surround myself with proper support. I need the support I get not just from people here on the forum, but from people on the outside of this forum and in real life. I'm currently working towards the light at the end of this tunnel. I can't even think of the right words to describe this. It's been hard to exercise and diet latly. Still this is no good excuse for me to go off my diet and what not. Then again it's been really hard to even get up outta bed in the morning. I'm currently in the process of getting the professional help that I need.

Hip Abduction: 85lbs for 12 reps

Hip Adduction: 85lbs for 12 reps

Lying Leg Curls: 50-70lbs for 12 reps

Cable Pulldown: 105lbs for 8lbs

Chest Dumbell Press: 30lbs for 12 reps

Shoulder Raise Sides and Front: 15lbs for 6-8 reps

Seated Row: 95lbs for 12 reps

Back Extension: 65lbs for 15 reps


Mental Notes:

-need to work my traps

-need to keep proper records and update this thing as much as possible

-need to get the feeling back

-look at short term goals for inspiration

This is literally my day off of trainign. I always try to take at least one day of rest from training. During this day I do what matters most to me other than diet and exercise. Of course I still keep with the proper diet just without the exercise. Problem with me is that I do too much. I'm not Superman, and even if I was Superman even he can't do everything by himself. That's why the Justice League was formed. Of course Superman is a fictional character, but what he represents is not fictional.

It was a bicep, back, and core day. Followed by 20 minutes of cardio,

Pullup: 1x8 BW

Body Weight Row: 1x8 BW

Bicep Curl: 1x12 20lbs

Crunches: 1x15 BW

10lb Weight Woodchop: 1x15 both sides

Back Raise: 1x15 BW

Transverse Vaccum: 1x60s

I have decided to become more Vegetarian

As of a couple of months ago I have been really trying to become more Vegetarian. I know that's really contridicting because I have always loved leather stuff and what not. Also I practice Asatru and in Asatru we believe in the idea of Yggdrasil. Yggdrasil in mythology is the great ash tree (the world tree), in which the 9 worlds are connected. The Heavens (Asgard), the earth(midgard), and the underworld. The idea of the world tree is often seen in many cultures and what not. People who are Asatru are often looked at negativly because people think that we're all a bunch of people who raid and pillage villiages....yea right :rolleyes: Any who plain and simple it's hard to try and be vegetarian when there's lots of people who don't really support it. Anyone else agree?

I did some morning cardio today. Unfortunetly because it was Christmas Eve I was unable to make it to the gym to practice Hung Gar on my own or go for a swim. It sucks being left out religiously being unable to do things. I ate extra carbs than I should have and didn't get to work them off :( During this time of the year I always feel as though everyone just assumes your Christian because everyone else is. I just feel left out need I say more?

Christmas, oh what a holiday everything is so werid if your not with the people who you wanna be with. At least I saw some good friends of mine that's all that matters for the time being. Whatever I'm going into town and hopefully catch "The Spirit." It should be good I've been hearing good things about it from fans. Punisher War Zone wasn't getting good enough reviews. Too bad I love Marvel Comics :(

A much needed day of rest. I worked a little on this fantasy novel I have working on for a few years now. I need to at least set aside alot of time to work on this story regularly.

Pizza is such a deadly weakness. I think it's because I grew up with TMNT. I try to substitute for it with a 100% Whole wheat crust and what not. Although Pizza itself still has many calories and what not, but I feel at least if it's a whole wheat crust and eaten at the right time and right portion then it's at least decent.

Alright anywho I basically just did some morning cardio and since I woke up too late from staying up till 3:30 AM last night (New Years Eve) I didn't get to go to the gym today. The Seroqual helps me sleep better. Anyways I just did 20 minutes on the Eliptical we have at home.
