I got some morning cardio in.

However because of the weather I couldn't make it to the gym. So I did another HIIT session on the eliptical instead.

I had another morning cardio session.

Later on I practiced some Hung Gar.

Turning Bicep Curl: 20lbs 2x8

Bicycle Crunch: BW 2x15

Swiss Ball Chest Raise: BW 2x15

Transverse Vaccum: 3x60s

Dumbell Alternating Curl: 22.5lbs 1x10; 20lbs 1x10

Turning Bicep Curl: 22.5lbs 1x8; 20lbs 1x9

Cable Pulldown: 100lbs 1x10; 90lbs 1x10

Bicycle Crunch: BW 2x15

Tranverse Vaccum: 3x60s

Back Extension: 120lbs 1x15; 115lbs 1x15

Arrrrrrrg :mad: fighting cravings for certain things is the hardest thing I swear. I do so good sometime yet in the end always tend to have a cheat meal. As some people say they just outta the blue happen. However it's benn happening like once a week and ****. I'm trying to avoid doing it as much as possible. I've been doing so well that I've even been taking pics. Once I get the connection thing with the digital camera working I'll post some progress pics. Until then though I really really gotta just keep going forward and try again.

I'm doing good Chillen. Like I said I've come a long way and once I get my camera working I'll post some awesome picture results.
