Helpful volley ball hints:
When the ball comes at you dont yeall "heads" and duck.... :D
Letting the ball bounce does not earn your team extra points..... :eek:
When serving make sure the ball goes over the net, not under....... :rolleyes:

As you can see I am a volley ball over achiever as well :p .....hope you have a blast with it!!!!!

Thanks for the laugh Jennifer, im hoping I will enjoy it scrappy. I was soooo bad though im getting my hubby kids and friends to practice with me this Saturday lol there not quite as excited about it as I am. :confused: ;) :D

Went shopping yesterday and I found an exercise bike for $100, im very happy about that. I have almost got my home gym together now, all I need is a treadmill but it’s not that important because I can just go for walks. I found out at last weeks meeting that ½ an hour on the bike gives you an extra 5 1/2 points got to love that. A friend showed up yesterday and is staying till Sunday so they have now been roped into having a game of volleyball with us.

Omg Jennifer I think I did take notice of your tip and so did my friends lol the ball was allowed to bounce once play on whether the ball went under or over the net lol and we were sure hot but it was so much fun I don’t think any of us have laughed so much in such a long time. The beers went down well scrappy especially on such a hot day, im sure as quick as we were drinking them we were sweating them out lol.We are all looking forward to next weekend to play again. I don’t think it going to help much with the real game I play on Wednesdays though lol. I put my exercise bike together today so I will be on that tomorrow and I found a rower at big w that was only $100 so im going to buy that next week. My mate has gone home back to Townsville, my kids are back off to school and things should start to get back to normal after this week and I should be able to get back into a routine.

Ooh, you've inspired me to go get some weight watchers ice creams. I used to buy them and I remember they're pretty good. I've been feeling deprived lately, so those should be a good way to satisfy my sweet tooth.
 
:eek: I forgot to eat breakfast again today and I don’t know why. Im going to go back to week one and start again because I think my bad habits are starting to creep back again :mad: . I had a bet with my hubby tonight that I wouldn’t lose more than 500g …….I won lol so he had to give me $10. I have a bet with him though that I will lose more than 1kg next week so my bums moving girls.

I keep forgetting to ask you funkymonk did you get the ice-cream? I thought I might put the vanilla one in the blender with some strawberries and see what that tastes like.

Actually I just did get the weight watchers vanilla sundae ice cream cones. I'm looking forward to watching Pirates Of The Caribbean and enjoying one!

Hey, I don't know if they have Morningstar stuff in Australia, but if they do you should try Veggie Bacon. It's in the frozen foods section and there's pnly like, 70 calories for two slices. They're really good if you cook them in a pan with some cooking spray. I love them!

I loved that movie. Im not sure if we have the morning star here but im sure we would have something like it (will have a look next time I go shopping). I have been sick with the flu the last few weeks and didn’t get out of bed till 10am this morning :cool: then I lay down on my bed to read a book around 3pm FELL ASLEEP and didn’t wake up till 12.30am :eek:
So here I am just filling out my diary at 3am in the morning lol.
