good luck on the typing and on the job,...yep you will find lots more attention with the weight loss,..funny enough you may find it to be a turn off, because some are the same guys that looked right past you before,...but some are the guys that smiled at you before,...so take your time before you decide to ignore them :)

Nothing we had party last night and I had a few drinks so I didn’t end up eating. Had 2 much to drink because I don’t feel that well today :eek:
 
Breakfast
1 hamburger bun toasted (had no bread)
1 glass orange juice


Lunch
1 bbq chicken breast
Bbq onion
Bbq potato
Coleslaw
(my dinner from last night)

3 litres of water so far today.

Snack
1 water ice block
Small slice birthday cake
Small bunch grapes

Dinner
Lemon chicken stir-fry

the lemon chicken stirfry sounds yummy . is that something that you make yourself. if so whats the recipe?
 
Lemon chicken stir-fry

Chicken cut into strips
1 onion
Frozen stir-fry vegies
Jar of lemon sauce (you no the stir-fry sauces you can just buy off the shelf now) you can also get sweet and sour, honey soy ect ect

Cook your chicken in batches
Then cook vegies
Add sauce and meat heat through

You can serve it on rice or noodles if you like.

Nothing special but it dose taste nice and it’s good on points

You can also make enough to freeze into meal size portions
Good for a quick and easy meal .

Thanks girls, I just have to lose100g to get to that 7 kg mark. They tell you at ww to reward yourself when you reach a goal that you have set for your self, now it’s getting a little closer I have been thinking about what to do with myself once I have lost 10%. So I asked my hubby last night what he thought would be a good thing, he told me when I get to the 10% mark he would pay to get my hair and makeup done, get me a new outfit and take me out to dinner (oh how sweet) love that man. I think my 10% mark is a loss of 12kg. :eek: I CAN DO THAT :D

Breakfast

2 toast with tomato
2 coffees
1 cup of tea

Way to go, Hubby! You might want to warn him that this is only your 10%. When you reach the final goal you're expecting diamonds!!!

Yes I am a lucky girl, I do have a terrific hubby and he has been a wonderful support, always telling me im doing great. The kids have been really good as well im a lucky woman. Lol a beetroot sandwich is just caned beetroot on bread. I read on some health site the other day that it was really good for you so I thought I would eat a little more of it. All of the diets I have been on before have said that beetroot and peas are fattening but with ww you can eat as much as u like? :confused: :confused: Not that im complaining ;)
