I forgot to add that i had 3 west coast coolers last night.

I was running around getting presents today and didn’t have time to grab lunch.

2 chicken kebabs
Big bowl of salad with dressing.
Way 2 many coffees today I think I had around 7

Exercise (shopping)
 
:eek: I lost 1.9kg this week and I couldn’t be happier. :D
I am now 115.3
Total loss 6kg

Thank you Fitski, i have to admit I am a bit excited :D . Now I just have to be careful over Christmas and new year, im hoping the food wont be a problem but im sure I will have more than my fair share of drinks ;) . Im off for a walk today and I will try and do that every day this week so I will have a bit more leeway for Saturday. Thank you Jennifer :D I just can't see myself as a hot mamma yet lol I think that’s a long way down the track, no harm in hoping but ay :rolleyes: I just found out my mum, sister and brother in-law are coming up on the 27th, I can’t wait to see them. Last time I seen them was last Christmas. :eek:

Thanks jenny lee you will do it. Omg how busy can it get im running around like a chook with its head cut off, my own fault of course :mad: :D I have left everything till the last min so there’s no rest for the wicked: D. Today I have to clean the house (will take all day as I have been to busy shopping for the last week) shopping tomorrow and cooking on Friday. Everyone is coming to my place for xmas day so I get to do all the cooking for it, its going to take me all day but at least I can control the fat that goes into it all :D

you are doing awesome - conratulations on your weight loss. Keep up the great work. With all the running around you do and how busy you are I don't think a few drinks over Christmas will do much harm. Even more if you keep up your walking on top of everything else.
And how nice for you that your family is coming again. It's always sad that we see our families so seldom. Won't see mine for Christmas this year again. Last time I saw my brother with family and my parents for Christmas was in 2000 - wow that is long...maybe next year (that's what we say every year, but they are in Europe, so it is quite far and expensive to meet during the holidays).
 
Thanks Lisa, there is 7 kids in my family I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters and im the baby :D . I organized Christmas at one of my brothers last year but 2 of them couldn’t make it .One has his own business and the other runs a farm. All up there is 20 grand kids and 2 great grand kids :eek: so when we have a Christmas get together its pretty big as it usually ends up a open house as well for all our friends and there family, and of coarse all our extended family (in-laws ect) . We don’t all get together at once very often as we all live in different places but when we do its wicked. Party party party. This year our Christmas day will be a lot smaller we have around 25-30 people coming over and most of them are friends. Wow 4 years is a long time I bet you miss them :( . Im sorry if I don’t get to reply to all the diary’s over the next couple of weeks as its going to get a bit hectic but I will try. I hope every one has a wonderful Christmas. ;)

Well I had a wonderful Christmas; I got everything I wanted off Santa so that’s always a bonus lol :D . My mum is flying up tonight with one of my sisters and brother in-law (I can’t wait). I have done ok on the food front but im way over the alcohol limit and its not even new year yet :eek: . I don’t have weigh in tonight because of Chrissie but I can still go on Wednesday night (im going to go but im not looking forward to it). I hope your Christmas was as fun as ours ;)

Glad to hear you had a good christmas. Its tuesday now and I feel soooo unhealthy, I'm really pushing myself to drink lots of water to flush all the toxins from drinking too much and smoking too much. Thankfully I didn't even get a chance to over eat as we didn't do the xmas food thing. Getting back on track now. GOOD LUCK FOR THE NEW YEARS!!! I'm not having weightloss as my newyears resolution, because I say that every year and it doesn't happen. I want to loose weight for myself, my health and my wardrobe.
 
Hi jennylee, I hope you have wonderful new years 2. I have decided not to write down my food consumption for the next week or so because im not getting the time. (I am being good though). We picked up my family Monday night, we went on a bbq boat fishing Tuesday, and we went sight seeing yesterday and its thirsty Thursday today. We have to go to my brother-in-law’s tonight for tea (it will be a bbq) .tomorrow night is New Years Eve and we are going to the boathouse (it’s a pub). Im not sure what’s on the agenda for the next few days but it has sure been busy! At least im getting lots of exercise lol. Lots of new diary’s, I have read them and it looks like we are going to have a lot of new weight loss success stories in the New Year and we will have a lot of buddies , well I have to run got a lot to do have a good week.

Glad to see you survived the holidays...diet wise and guests wise!!!!! Whew, looking forward to a peaceful January I bet!
 
Not sure if I have survived yet lol I still have a week to go before weigh in so I will go for a walk today and for the rest of the week and hopefully I can repair any damage I have done and with a bit of luck I may even loose a bit of weight

Don't worry rhonda, you're doing great, I fell of the wagon quite nastily but am trying hard to make this work again.
