What a weekend. My son had a wonderful time we didn’t get to bed until 5am. I let my self have any thing I wanted yesterday and I was really looking forward to it but it wasn’t as good as what I remembered that’s for sure. I don’t think I will be doing that again in a hurry that’s for sure.

well i put on 200g this week which I thought was pretty good considering the week I had, but it also means I have to start getting a lot better and track a lot more. I have put down my points for today and they just can’t be right. :eek: Im on 24 points a day. I was wondering if any of you other ww girls out there could go over my points and double check them for me pleeeeeese :confused: .yes im begging. If the points are right do you have any suggestions how to zoop it up a bit??? Im feeling a bit desperate I think.
I no I can add eggs but I was hoping you could give me a few more ideas.

200g isn't so bad considering! If i've had a day off i can be nearly 1kg heavier for a few days!

Sorry can't help you with the ww points...could never get my head round it either!!

It's a good sign when you have your pick of the food and you didn't really enjoy it!! Means your habits are changing!! :D That or (like me) it might still be as good, it just doesn't seam worth it!!
 
Thanks for the support apple I think I was just having a bit of a panic attack yesterday. I got new scales from ww and it tells you how many points everything is and I honestly thought that everything I was eating was more, BUT I HAVE GOT A GRIP ON MYSELF NOW and im doing a lot better. I never cope well when I put weight on even when I no that I will.

Well I more than made up for lack of points yesterday,

I thought I would put down the house work as exercise as im not getting much else in at the moment.
So as you can see I feasted well today
 
Don't worry, we are all here to help each other to a new us! You are doing great! Housework is good exercise. And similar cause I don't like either. tee hee But they have to get done and they are good for us.
 
I think the key to ww is to always try knew things. I know for me I always try to make up something different each week. For the morning i have been making mini omelets. I put as many vegetables as I want in my eggs because it's free and you can even add a little potato cut up for 1 point. For lunch i have been making bacon and cheese potatos with light sour cream. Potato medium is one point. Low fat cheese is good it's 2 points for one fourth cup and then bacon is only one point per piece.so for like 5-6 points depending on the cheese you can have a yummy lunch. I also have been adding alot of fruits and vegetables so that i fill up on low point foods. You have to be creative or your going to get bored with what you eat. Keep up the good work!
 
Thanks for the support Christina its good to no that you have people behind you. I was just having one of those days the other day lol and im sure I will have another one but let’s hope not to soon. ;)

Thanks for the ideas Jules I was thinking about having an omelet one day this week and you have given me some yummy ideas on what to put in it. :D
 
Don't worry about it, no one likes gaining weight, especially when you're actively trying to loose it!! I have the occasional hissy fit about it too!

Hosework is definitley exercise!!

Like the idea of the scales with the points on! :cool: Might buy some permanent marker pens and try to customise mine for my GI Diet servings!! :D
 
Sorry to see you had a diet blimp...good for you for taking it in stride.....that could just be water retention...eat any extra salt, time of month...just drink that water and it will be gone!!!!!!!!!!
 
No jen it was just too much pigging out on stuff that I shouldn’t have lol, thanks though it would have been a much better reason.

Thank god housework’s exercise apple or I just would never get any were, although I have been really good these last 2 days.

Guess what I have exercised 2 days in a row... yesterday I did 15min on the exercise bike and today I did 18 laps of the pool and some water aerobics. woo hoo

No sure of the swollen back. does it hurt? Maybe a question for the doc.... IcyHot patches always help my back feel better.
Shopping is great exercise too. I purposely find the farthest parking spot for more exercise! :)
Wow, pool, it's so cold here I couldn't even think about swimming. I haven't seen the grass since before Thanksgiving!

My back felt a little better today so I jumped on the exercise bike.
 
I think you are doing fantastic. :) Well,once in a while you can allow yourself Milky Way,why not? :p So happy you are able to bike - it's a great exercise! :)

Aha now I no why I had the pig out yesterday (that time of the month) sorry guys TMI. But it dose explain a lot….it maybe why I had swelling in my back. I am going out tonight for my sons birthday party it should be fun. Im sure he has invited ½ of the gold coast lol. I hope everyone is having a good day will let you no how it all goes.

Rosered,I just love your menue :) .Can I ask you a question since I see you had stake yesterday.Me and my hubby are planning to go out on Monday and I crave stake I don't know for how long!SO,I decided I am going to spoil myself with a stake and salad.I am looking forward to this lunch :p .Do you happen to know what kind of stake has less fat?Thanks :)
 
Hi coco, the steak I eat has no fat and it shouldn’t be to much bigger than the palm of your hand. It doesn’t stop me from eating it if it’s bigger though lol. Don’t quote me but I don’t think it matters what type of steak it is I think its all around the same. Go out with your hubby and enjoy it "don’t stress", Have a wonderful day mate.
