Hi maew, 3 months ay… I can’t wait till I stop wanting to put something to my mouth. I no what you mean about thinking its gross though, I can’t stand the smell on someone’s breath but I think im just getting my own payback.
 
you have done great so far quiting smoking, keep it up, it has got to get easier eventually, Good Luck.
 
Great job at quitting smoking!!!! You can do it!!! I quit 3 years ago *for the 5th and final time) and DH quit 2 years ago. You'll feel so much better! And with the money you save you can buy yourself new skinny clothes:)
 
You doing so well on quitting smoking! My hubby quit 3 years ago this month, and I am so glad. His hair and everything used to always smell so nasty. Sometimes I wouldn't even want to kiss him! Lol!

You're too funny rose! I never iron either. Only thing I iron is my karate uniform because we have to. If I can get it out of the dryer while it's hot and smooth it out, sometimes I can get by. haha

Congratulations on stopping the ciggs! I stopped smoking Monday morning. I've almost made it a week. I was smoking like a chimney during the holidays with all the funerals and traveling. I was glad to be back home and have things back to normal. Normally I'm a real mess when I try to quit, but something is different for me this time. I don't know if it was all my prayers, or if it's the fact that I am juicing that is helping get rid of cravings. I'm not sure. I do pop a piece of that Nicorette gum in now and then when I think I am going to start getting cranky. Anyhow, If you need someone to talk to about it, I'm here. I know what you are going through. :p
 
So I was just reading some information on fasting and it actually mentioned that it can help reduce cravings and addiction! That's why I'm doing so much better this time around.

Here's the info if you are interested. Paragraph #8 is the one I am referring to.
 
Thanks tru I haven’t had a smoke since I give up and they smell bad to me now so that’s a bonus.

I went bushwalking yesterday and today im off fishing…keeping myself busy.

Christina I caught a whiting and a bad case of sunburn it was a good day though.

Oh my goodness a sunburn! I can't even fathom having sun right now it's been raining here for 31 straight days! BLECH. Hope your burn is feeling better! A Pity party! I'll bring the wine LOL.

Sunburns are my specialty! I get a really bad one at least once or twice a year and not so bad ones all the time! As for rain, what does it look like? We haven't had any measurable rain in over 6 months. Major drought goin on! Rhonda you better be excercising right now! We have some butt kicking to do and you are going to kick butt right along with the rest of us. I don't care what the doc says!!!
 
Awwe, a sunburn! I'm as pale as a glass of milk these days. Wish I had some warmer sun to be out playing in. I hope you are enjoying your summer over there!
