Hey, Rhonda! How are we doing? Has the burned cooled off yet? Ok, I didn't do so good this weekend but we had a blast spending a "family weekend" together so I feel that it was worth it! Monday morning is just about here so I will get back to work! How's you working out doing? Hey, have you ever used those ankle weights for walking? I'm thinking about getting some.

I miss having a tan, even if it means a little buring. Everyone is right though-aloe vera is the way to go! Feel better!
 
Hey girls awe its nice to no ya missed me. I have had a busy week with my family. I will just map it all out in days for you so you can get the gist of what ive been up to.

Monday

Breakfast
Baked beans on toast
1 orange
½ cup milk for coffees

Lunch
Beef and salad roll
1 yoghurt

Dinner
Pork
1 small potato
Peas and corn … sounds good so far ay…then

Snacks
Pkt veg chips
Chocolate
Lollies
It’s that time of the month.

Exercise
1 hour with the trainer

Things I did today
Housework
Took the kids up to the school try on there new school uniforms.
 
Tuesday

Breakfast
Omelet made with
2 eggs
Tomato, capcicum and onion
2 x toasts
½ cup milk for coffee.

Lunch
Ham and salad sandwich
1 yoghurt

Dinner
Grilled chicken and veg

Snacks
1 apple
1 ww all day breakfast

Exercise
½ hour on bike

Things I did today
Housework
Spent time with the kids … I no I did other things on this day but I can’t remember what they were.
 
Wednesday

Breakfast
2 crumpets
½ cup milk
Ww tub fruit

Lunch
Roast potato with bacon and salsa
1 med apple

Dinner
Beef burger

Snack
Veg chips
1 nectarine
1 peach

Exercise
½ exercise tape

Things I did today

Got 2 of my kids off to school.
Took one of my kids to the doctors
Housework

Yesterday…shopping

3 small pancakes

2 chicken rolls with bbq sauce

Dinner
Subway

Snack
Pkt chicken chips

Exercise
Bush walk
10 pin bowling

Things I did today
Bush walk
Had to go to the bowling ally to pick up our new balls
Came home had dinner went back to the bowling ally to play
Kids home again for public holiday

Cereal with strawberry’s and banana
1 slice of toast
1 boiled egg

Lunch
Turkey and salad roll
Ww fruit

Dinner
Grilled fish and salad

Exercise
10 pin bowling

Things I did today
Went and got a blood test done
Took kids to school
10 pin bowling
My hubby was home so no house work
 
Saturday
Breakfast
Egg muffin
½ cup milk

Im not sure on the rest of the day yet, we are having friends over for a bbq and we were going to be swimming but it looks like it may rain??? Anyway I will let you no. I have to give my house a spring clean this week, wash walls ect because it’s driving me nuts lol. I will try and update as much as possible through the week. Thank you for dropping in and saying hello.
 
hey long time no see! your food looks great as usual and did you know bowling is VERY good exercise? :)
