Today for me did 30 min weight lifting and 2 miles walk dvd and then walked 4.42 miles besides my 2 mile dvd tonight just window shopping and doing things around my house today. so that gives me a total of 7.42 miles for today.

New total: 469.92 miles

Keep up the good work everyone

Mercy Cind!!!!.. How on earth do you do it? I can only manage to get a few miles in before it kicks my butt. Maybe I am using the elliptical from hell. ;)

I really enjoy it actually:) I started using it in the ams so it is my alone time and since i bought my oldest an ipod for her bday - I now use that and boy that is so much better...Plus i just do the programs - they kick my ass...65 min program which now seems like nothign to me and then usually another 15 to get me somewhere around 13 -14.5 miles...last night I really had to push myself though...

I love the elliptical - now the treadmill girl that is a whole nother story - LOL...I have one I dont use - lol

Ok sorry i was thinking about just rounding it up but wasn't sure if we were suppose to do that or not. next time i will remember to round it up to the next even number.

That's cool, we just use 1/4 mile increments to make things easier:)
 
here's my exercise so far today.

exercise: so far 60 crunches/situps mixed and 2 sets of 25 each for bicep curls and triceps. 2 sets of 25 db bench press. and then 2 sets of 15 squats and adductors/abductors for legs and 2 sets of 10 bicycle moves for working out legs.

that all took about 1.5 hours

New Total: 492.0

Keep up the great work everyone we are going to be halfway there before you know it.

I may do my 2 mile walk tonight but not sure as its 9:41pm and i got a migraine right now
 
I exercised yesturday and havent yet today and wont - lol - Im already feelign left out - lol - everyone is doing so great - we needed all of you when we were going to Lettuce Lake - ha ha ha
 
33 freaking burning fast Lance Armstrong-like miles on the bike today!

:eek2: Whoah there, SuperGriff! HA! I forgot to add in yesterday's workout miles. I'll add today's later on. By the way, everyone's doing awesome! Oh and Cerella, you're always busting ass girl, so you most definitely deserve the time off! WOOT!

Yesterday's Miles= 4

New Total= 537 Miles

I did 45 mins of lower body last night so the new total is

538 1/2.
