Wow! I miss a couple of days dealing with personal poop and we are already over 350 miles! Everybody is doing GREAT!!!

2.5 mile walk
New total:
354 miles
 
i did a 2.5 mile walk last night and 30 mins abs and arms workout so 3.5 miles total for me.

New total: 371

woohoo at this rate we are going to get there by the time i reach my goal for christmas. Keep up the good work everyone.

70 minutes Treadmill, 15 minutes bike, 30 minutes weight training, 30 minutes lugging stuff up the hill for the garbage men = 11 miles

New Total= 406 miles
 
3 miles walking, 30 min stair climbing, 3 miles rowing=7 miles

New Total= 417

My ticker will be finished tomorrow. I'm pretty excited. :jump:

Put me down for 45 mins of lifting yesterday.


That makes it 419.5
 
18.5 miles total on the bike
45 min lifitng weights = 1.5 miles
total for me today = 20 miles


New Total = 439.5
 
Oopss.. I forgot to log in yesterdays, so I'll combine it with todays.

Yesterday= 120 mins= 4 miles
Today= 90 mins= 3 miles

New Total= 450
