My usual workout consiting of 40 minute walking/jogging for 2.14 miles uh huh, and resistance workout for 20 minutes for a total of 1 hour = 2 miles again! haha

New Total 155.5 Miles!
 
did 5 miles on the elliptical yesterday and then danced non stop for at least 3 hours :) so that makes another 6 miles. and total of 11 for me

new total: 166.5 miles
 
6 miles on the bike (warm-up)
30 minutes lifting weights = 1 miles
Total for me today 7 miles


New Total = 238.5
 
Ok well so far i have done 4 miles. cleaned my garage for 2 hours in at least 100 degree temp and am going to do 1 hour of ddr tonight and some exercises using my 3lb hand weights and my stability ball just not sure what yet.

new total: 242.5

will add the other stuff once i actually do it.
