14.5 miles ELliptical

New Total = 266.5
 
Last night I did a hour worth of abs and leg exercises last night after doing the garage so that's another 2 miles.

New total: 274

plan on doing 1 hour ddr and 1 hour of walking or exercises tonight plus laundry and cooking dinner so will add that to the new total after I do it
 
3 miles on the treadmill this morning. Probably going to do more tonight. Whoohoo.

NEW TOTAL = 308.25 MILES
 
So, I'm feeling the abs&back class and it's only been a couple of hours, so I did some yoga to try and curb the pain I'm sure to feel tomorrow. My friend and I still have plans to head to the gym in the morning....i'm not looking forward to it.

30min yoga=1mile

New Total= 318

10 miles today - 70 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes bike

New Total: 351.5 Miles
