It's either a viral infection (let's hope!), a stroke, multiple scilorosis, or a brain tumor.

1) no carbs -> no glycogen -> me 20 lbs lighter -> me much faster
Also, I am currently in muscle-sparing fast mode (600 calories/day - 98% of it protein) and somewhat mystified as to why I haven't taken a massive performance hit like in the before. Don't any of you pansies say anything about it, either. I'm not an ordinary fellow, and 2 years of trial and error has shown me that this is the only way to make my body do what I want it to, so. :SaiyanSmilie_anim: Cursed metahuman genetics include outrageous metabolic efficiency. :/

But obv, what I'm doing is "very dumb". It's just that, very dumb is the only thing that'll work for me. Don't try this at home until you've exhausted all your other options, folks (literally).
Waiting on metabolism to shut down, but I've been making a smooth progression of a lb a day and expect to do so for the next 45-60 days or so, if past experience holds. And I'm still gaining strength, so... I must be doing something right, right?
