realworksuks vs [Focus] - "LIKE DONKEY KONG, SON!"

Thinking about you......

I feel a struggle within you......I don't know why......I just feel your struggling with something.

If you are. Is there something I can do?

I hope all is well at home.

Best regards,

Chillen

'preciate the concern, Chillen, but I'm just me, being me. For whatever reason, and I really have tried everything - you've seen me! - it's not that I can't shed fat and add muscle on more calories.. it's that I can't NOT add muscle on more calories, haha. And I don't want any more right now, so, this is it. There's nothing to worry about. As you can see, my bases are entirely covered, and so long as my willpower holds out (believe it or not, I find this easier than the velocity diet - not eating at all means not having to remember/look forward to the one meal a week.. plus not having the pwo sugars leaves my insulin and such all low and easy to ignore), I will just keep dropping fat like a joke, until I either hit rock bottom or get tired of it. :)

Also I have swim gear now, so, Saturdays.

Swim or gtfo. Wednesdays - off, Sundays - the long brick.

600 odd calories a day is NOT healthy Focus. You're certainly not fooling me with your bravado ...

Doesn't matter. I know what I'm doin'. Not your average half-****ed newbie, here, or so I like to think. ;)

Gonna do interval pix at the end of next month, and I think you kids will see what I'm talkin' about. :) As I said, though, I do appreciate the attention. Also, gonna reply to your question in the other now.

Edit: Oh. It was here, lol.

There's a free trial, check it out. I think it's pretty bad ass. If you decide to buy, put "Focus" into the authorized dealer's section for $5 off. :D

It wtf pwns most of what else is out there because you can create your own custom recipes and track your own custom variables (doesn't have to be weight! It can be body fat percent or measurements or lifts or whateva). With custom recipes and variables set, you can be super high tech with almost no effort.

I was gonna write something for myself, and probably will eventually (I do have some impressive spreadsheets), but I figure why reinvent the wheel, for now. Aside from the macro breakdown (the pie chart) erroneously including for displaying (not counting, just showing) fibre as caloric carbs, it's pretty neat.

Spoken only as Focus can speak ;)

Exactly. I know you guys are all red flag and **** 'cause I "disappeared" for a bit and seem to have gotten even crazier, but it's okay. Take a deep breath, relax, and remember: I'm not an ordinary fellow. ;)

Check out the edit, down thurr. I also have a coupon code for trueprotein now. I has been.. preparing. :D

I don't know what to say... I'm speechless. I hope this works out for you.

I have complete faith in Focus. More importantly, he has complete faith himself. Sometimes one has to walk in one's goal path shoes to fully grasp their reality of inherent and unique complications reference various bodily feedback that is given. Focus is quite intelligent. He "knows" what the current diet structure can being to the table both negatively and potentially positively. I have his back, cause' he a' cool brotha.

And, I know the walk.

And, its not walk in amusement park, at times.

Focus, you Rock on brotha.

Best wishes,

Chillen

just keep drinking the coffee focus, that totally works for me. I have my eggs in the morning and I wouldn't even get hungry for the rest of the day if I keep drinking my coffee.. ha.

But really, I eat eggs at 7:30 and don't eat again until 1:00, and by 1:00 I am not even hungry, it actually kinda sucks.

Thanks, broheims. <3

No worries. I got my **** on lock, my stims on tap, I got my fires burnin' fierce, I has many delicious muttons (sup tommy), and I be rockin' it 'til I collapse! :SaiyanSmilie_anim:

Thoughts

Had to get off the bike or puke. This 600 calorie stuff sucks. Shocking, no? XD

This 1 set stuff, it's... well, try it.

Focus... what the ****'s been up lately? We kinda abandoned the website huh?

Shee, I've been hitting the gym as hard as ever. Almost all of my strength has returned... now all I gotta do is get back my mass..!

Starting Dec. 23rd RWS is getting huuuuuuuuuuuuooooge!

ha, well I got huge. Gained about 15 pds, I can assure you it wasn't all muscle.. but that goes without saying.

Focus, where you at?

Who said you could get fat!? Haha.

Yeah, we did kinda abandon the site, hey? But, uh, I'm still training. Mostly.

Took about two weeks off late December, ate whatever I felt like and did only accidental exercise, haha. That was fun, and a needed break, but, and this is the part that gives me a serious case of the :Ds, I got tired of it pretty quick! Started to feel real disgusting and without even a push here I am again.

In pretty good shape now, too. I do a 2 hour (45'ish miles, usually) bike most days, generally in the morning before eating, and it barely even feels like working (I'm exaggerating this, obviously, but what used to be 85% effort is now 70%, so). Still workin' on my DDR skills, too, haha. :p Hour or two a day, usually. I like it cause I don't have to find ways to keep my mind occupied while I'm doing it.

Haven't run in a while, but on purpose - for some reason running any kinda mileage makes me hungry as hell relative to other stuff, which makes it really hard to stick to my goal deficit. Learned that lesson the hard way in November, haha. I figure since my basal level of fitness suffices to a half-marathon, it's not really an issue. I'm actually fairly sure I can survive the half-Ironman (respectably so, even) as is, but dammit I'm gonna be lean.. and fast. :SaiyanSmilie_anim:

And I still haven't done any swimming. I'm still not worried. I'm terrible.

For weights 'n' stuff, I stopped going to the uni gym a few weeks ago and started messing about with bodyweight stuff. Not because I was burning out on it or anything, just getting tired of how crowded and full of trogs the place is. I can't believe it. All that complaining I did about the YMCA.. man, I miss that place.

But, I also miss throwing heavy **** around, so, I don't think this bodyweight thing is gonna last, despite the excellent performance gains I'm making. Pondering making my buddy get a membership at a Gold's or similar near us both and train with me there. And the more I do, the better it sounds.

I think I might have those badass transformation pics pretty soon. I haven't been taking them very regularly at all (my last progress shots were mid September!), but I'm gonna get on that. I don't feel like I've come all that far physically just yet but mentally I feel really good. Feeling real dedicated, patient and realistic these days. It's only a matter of time. :)

Let's get an update, rws. How's you? Be explicit, haha. Are you still kicking MS's ass? If not, why, you bastard!? ;)

I don't feel like I've come all that far physically just yet

For the record, this is just me underselling, haha. I've actually made some pretty awesome improvements to my posture, balance, flexibility, all sorts of stuff. My pronation and back hollow are pretty much gone, and my energy levels are through the roof.

What I mean to say is all this messing about with "just to see if I can" diets, 'not wanting to gain muscle' and training for endurance events (diminishing adaptive returns and whatnot) probably halved the fat loss I might have achieved in my forum absence, is all. Still, I have no regrets. I mean how but messing around are you supposed to learn what works for you? =D

Hey Focus, have you heard from Drex?
