your arms look pretty big too wolverine! how big? measured mine.. only 13" lol im hella boney =\

thanks ninja. i was 16.5'' when bulking, now I'm barely over 16''. however, if all goes as planned, I'll be back up to 16.5'' real soon, if all goes according to plan (well, work out plan that is haha)

P.S. 13'' inches isnt boney. I think the average male who never works out is 10-11'' inch arms. so clearly, you're more than boney. and if you can gain size, and keep your cuttness, youll look bigger than ppl who are actually bigger than you, but less defined. for example, my friend told me that once he got more ripped, but lost some considerable size, his friends said he still looked bigger than before.

theyre comin theyre coming. just been so busy lately with preparing for graduation and whatnot. ill have them up in a few days...promise!

my biceps are 14" flexed. I think they've gained 2cm in circumference since I started working out, but then again I haven't been following my workout strictly recently. (started at the beginning of May).

OK GUYS. you wanna see what I used to look like when I was 18, when I never touched weights / swam in HS for four years. I was gonna save this picture to one day, do a kind of slide show / before-after kinda picture thingy, but here I'll show you guys this now. Trust me, you'll love it. and please, not too much teasing.

dude are you sure its all fat?
It could just be genetics ... some people have bodies where it makes a complete V down to their waist ... and some people who have that little part that juts out on the sides (maybe its the pelvic bone?).

if u get rid of it then good job :)

One word about oblique muscles - if you exercise your obliques and build muscle there, you will likely ALWAYS have that little 'bump' on each side. My friend's brother was a bodybuilder for many years, had a well defined six-pack, and his obliques were always well defined and large. When he put on any bodyfat, even to having 7.5%, the obliques looked like that - a little pudgy.

good to know RW. that raises a good point - how can we get our obliques strong, yet maybe shrink them so they dont look big. and btw, u should get some pics up! =)

Abs & arms are lookin great Shinra, maybe now it's time to focus more on chest & shoulders :)
