Actually, I don't have any pics that show off my body, but was planning on getting some in about 6 weeks.

thanks for all the positive feedback. Goods news too, right in the morning, I did about 30 minutes cardio. The machine said I burnt 423 cals. not sure if those are accurate, but damn, it was a hard 30 minutes. I'm hoping these morning cardio sessions will shed off the pounds.

btw, how can I calculate how many calories burnt when lifting weights?

mreik i envy your arms. i want your arms. if i had to pick between sex or having your arms, id deal with masterbating the rest of my life.
 
it looks like you have good size and real good definition. just keep up the hard work, and ur biceps look in proportion to everything else, they dont need work. all in all, good job.
 
Oh yeah Wolvierine, I forgot to comment on ur pics! In the second one your lats look huuuge, maybe it's a combination of your waist getting smaller and your lats getting bigger, but either way that's a good improvement for only a few months. What's your goal for cutting??

1st, thanks mreik. I worked hard on bulking. in my opinion, too hard, hence the bf problem / gut.
2nd, goals for cutting? I've seen ppl with 10% bf, and they look damn good, so I think that's a damn good place to be at me, cause I dont think I could ever hit 5%. (some body types just werent made like that) HOWEVER, when could I accomplish that? It would probably take me a year of just straight cutting to get that way, sadly. But, for now, my goal is just to keep getting more and more defined.

mreik, on the real, get some more pics. ur solid, with some serious size and cuttness. u ever get the measuring tape out?

Anyway, I gotta run to the gym and do the serious cardio, so I can get cut like u guys.
 
Well Wolverine, I'm currently having trouble lowering my bf% too! I'm seriously considering this Velocity diet. At least try it for a week or two. Have you ever looked into something that serious?? I know evolution tryed a modified version of it and had good results. Anyways, one night @ a party I was bet $$ that my arms were smaller than this other kid. So he busted out the measuring tape and the arm was just over 17 inches(barely)... But that's it, just the arm. <~ My life goal is to have 20" arms :)
 
Nice work guys! I see a lot of upper body shots but I'm curious if you guys put as much emphasis on the wheels (legs) as the rest.

Mreik, how are those calves looking?

I liked the Velocity diet. In fact, I'm still doing quite a bit of shakes through the day, with my work and school schedule it's about what suits me best. My daily intake of food is pretty much eggs, and oatmeal, 3 servings of fruit in the morning. Nuts, sesame seed sticks, buffalo meat, and 3 servings of vegetables in the afternoon. I have a couple more servings of vegetables during the evening and cottage cheese before bed. I'd like to get 12 servings of fruits and vegetables a day but that'll prob have to wait until graduation and I can work a real job and not have to worry about dropping so much money on books and classes.

By the way, I'll have some pics comin up at the end of June.
 
velocity diet is too crazy, but ****, if i have to, Ill try it. good luck and keep up the pummping

mreik, damn u got 17 inch arms? thats pretty good consideromg you got such low bf too. whats your workout routine?

well since I have been defeated in the "arms race" (get it? if not, review your world history), in one last attempt, here is one last pic.

my arms are only 12.5 inches unflexed, 13.5 inches flexed, but not nearly as defined as yours ninja.
 
yeah ive been hanging aorund 15-15.5" for my arms...mreik i saw your pic...nice work! oyu look massive. im also about 5'10 and 190ish (about 11% bf), and im wondering where all of my mass is hiding!
 
prob in your legs... i kinda got runners legs :) <~ even tho i've NEVER ran over 10 miles lol
