thanks for all the positive feedback. Goods news too, right in the morning, I did about 30 minutes cardio. The machine said I burnt 423 cals. not sure if those are accurate, but damn, it was a hard 30 minutes. I'm hoping these morning cardio sessions will shed off the pounds.
