hey guys, not sure how long this thread has been idle but would like to introduce myself.. my name is jon a.k.a ninja bic. im turning 20 in june and work in the dining buisness. been working out off/on for around 3 years.. currently i want to bulk up. like massivly!! like wolverine!! the last 2 months i have been working out pretty vigouresly, but there is only so much u can do with a bench press, dumb bells, and a boxing bag in ur garage... here are a couple of pics before i started.

here is me now . any suggestions/input? i want the 8 pack soooo bad.. but i think its impossible to get unless your born with it..

Cheese and crackers! Those are pics BEFORE you started? Wow, now I really feel like a fat bastage! ;) Oh well, more incentive to get my fat butt back into the gym!
 
ninja- nice work...looks like you have made some good progress...to gain mass, just keep it up: lift consistiently, lift hard, stick to the big lifts (bench, deadlift, squat), and eat anything that doesnt run away...
 
hehe ninja, just make sure you keep your cuttness. thats more important than just getting huge.

btw, how did you set it up so that you could get shadows in the picture? reason I ask is my digital camera makes this huge flash, and it kills any attempt I have at looking cut in pictures. And trust me, I need help looking cut, sadly...
 
Don't rely on your flash - rely on your interior lighting. Can you turn off the flash on your digital camera? If not, if it 'autosenses', just make sure you're in a well lit area, and the camera should not flash. (Hopefully.)
 
ok boys and girls, plz be honest, but dont tease me for "posing" HAHAH. I REALLY want to get cut and I feel like I have not gotten cut enough. Any feedback is appreciated!

Guys like Crow, Shinra and Ninja, dont give up your cuttness. I regret doing this big bulking B.S. I wish I just kept my size, or got slightly bigger, and kept the six pack.

Well Wolverine Its not like you look bad...anyone can tell you workout...(how long have you been workin out)...and in those pics...are you flexing everything?
 
Second one is way better. You look bigger and more cut, you could definately cut more though. It may be the way you are posing, but you don't look like you have much of a chest (which I don't think is the case). Take another one with your arms down.
 
um wolverine i dont know about the shadow.. its just a webcam on top of my pc monitor =\ and yes you look bigger in the 2nd pic! still looks like you need to cut some though. i dont really know much about cutting being that ive never bulked =\...

p.s. you really do look like wolverine. thats f'en awesome =]

Kinda difficult to get a good pic when taking it yourself, but here's what I took today: (hope they show up)

I guess you could say these are being taken before starting weightlifting, because I've spent so long getting into it and messing with diet and workout that my results will not be showing yet. If it looks like I'm muscley then that's probably come from BMX riding. (I'm at the start of a bulking phase at the moment).

I'm tensing in all except for the last pic.

Age: 16
Height: 6'1
Weight: 180lbs (roughly)
Bodyfat: about 6%
