got some new pics. im startin to pack on too much weight in the mid section but school is stressin me out.

Oh man my stomach is lookin horrible in the last pic. im debating on starting cardio now but i want BIGGER! HAHAH

Crappy quality. but you get the idea. this is where I am from starting about 7 months ago. then I was about 210 with a nice gut no chest whatsoever. friends made fun of me for having "man boobs" Currently at 190LB aiming to be ripped for june 1st. going on a short bulk cycle then back to cutting untill then. I am happy so far with results.
 
what the . nice. which exercises are good to do? ( no weights cuz im still growing ) . i saw that indian guy's picture. high school wrestling guy. overtime? how do you get a body like that . HAHA . serously though . which cardio is good? and which at home exercises to get a nice chest / lean arms . ( i have muscle but its kind of a big clump with some fat. but a big clump .i want it to become leaner not a big clump ) * when not flexed *

Hey I am looking for some feedback. Maybe some tips on areas to improve or whatever. I am flexing in the pics... I don't really look as good as they make me seem, heh. I'm 20 years old, 5'10'' about 165 lbs. or so.
 
you have a very solid base to build on, IMO. the flat abs are even more of a plus. ;)

have you been lifting or are you just starting out?
 
I've been working out on and off for a couple months. Mostly doing dumbell curls. Also doing machines geared towards tricep and lats. Did lots of crunches for a while (unweighted) Most of the exercises I did I would do 12-15 reps with a very moderate amount of weight.

Now I am changing my workout. I am incorporating a lower body session into my routine. (I've only done lower body once so far that was 3 days ago and I still can barely walk) I'm doing more weight with less reps (6-8) I'm doing small sets of weighted crunches or the ab machines instead of 1,000,000,000 unweighted crunches because it would seem that's why the size of my abs never improved. I am doing exercises for my obliques. I'm doing hanging leg raises and pull ups when I feel like it. I intend to do some back exercises when I can figure out which ones to do.

My goal? To have the ladies gasp in awe when I take off my shirt... lol
