Post your pics

Complex- you're bigger than I imagined. I someone today at school (brcc) that looked a lot like you.

Wolverine- looks like you just did a very succesful bulking cycle. Pretty big bro!

Good work yall.

darn all of you guys look huge.... as for me i will post some pics in a few minutes i just have to find out where my mom put my pic from wrestling...

You must have overlooked my picture, lol. I wish I was huge. You will get there though man, just eat a lot of healthy food and lift heavy weight. Welcome

panman what are you eating to bulk? just curious. and i dont know why you dont think u look huge, id weigh less than you if i was your height. id only be about 217, according to my height to weight ratio.

Good job OT, you look awesome.

I mainly just eat twice as much now Wolverine. A big difference is I take in as much carbs as I do protien. I will sometimes eat 2 big peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with a big cup of skim milk before bed. Optimum nutrition also makes a 1200 calories shake called "Serious Mass". That really helps me get in the healthy calories I need.
Thanks for the compliment bro, you've got some awesome mass yourself, for real.

do you eat a lot of healthy fats? btw my friend said that i was wrong about my weight in taking into account bone mass. ill ask him what i would probably be. have you measured your arms and chest? thats a good way to tell if your gettin bigger.

DAMN WOLVERINE! You're freakin' jacked. I hope I look that big by the end of this bulking cycle. I gotta go buy some measuring tape. I meant to buy some at the begining of this bulking cycle but I've been too busy and forgot. I'll buy some when I go to Walmart tonight. I think tape measures are the most honest measuring device. Looks make up a lot too.
I try to eat Salmon patties a couple times a week for my healthy fats. Don't almonds have omega 3 fatty acids? Gotta buy some of those tonight too.

damn, ur pretty f.u.c.k.i.n cut man. good job. wanna give me your metabolism for a few weeks? hahah
whats your ethnic background?

excellent. well its definitely paid off. and sorry if it seemed like I was ignoring you, sometimes I do not read these forums over well enough.

when i train for strength i keep with the same exercises and do more sets and fewer reps. 5X5 is pretty popular, i enjoy 3X6 myself. ;)

abear, 3x6? 3 sets 6 reps, or 6 sets 3 reps?
