Did you read the text accompanying my pics? The difference in size and strength between my two arms is significant. I have been trying to do equal exercises with both arms with dumbells to achieve symmetry but I've had little or no luck. If you can give me any further tips on how to even my biceps out I would appreciate it.
The only way to do it would be to train your left and slack off a bit with your right - there's no other way. I've heard that you should do a set of curls (or whatever you're doing) with your left first, in whatever way you've been training, and then do the exact same exercise with your right - same weight, same number of reps, etc. Naturally, it'll be easy on your right, but you've got to allow your left arm some time to catch up
i finally got some pics up of me.... dont laugh ppl lol its not my fault i was born thin. one thing i need is better arms... and then i need better abs , but my chest is fine the way it is and kinda looks too big for the rest of my body

It was taken for my last promotion, for business cards and a poster. More to come in a couple of weeks when I do it again. I don't look like that 24/7. I had to carb-deplete then load. I took some water pills the day before. I will be bigger in the next ones, have gained 17lbs, but am up from 6% to 9%
