Just found a bag of frozen veg in freezer. That will have to make up 4 portions of veg for me and then 1 portion of mixed salad from the fridge. Must do fruit and veg shop tomorrow!!! 80g of veg = 1portion
Lost 0.75lbs last week. Total 46 pts - a bit gutted as I saw a low of 144.75 during the week. I know I'm losing because lost another 1/4inch of the waist.

Needless to say a horrible day food wise.
Exercise: 2 hours of walking - forced myself so I'd meet the max exercise goal.

3 hours of walking at the mall.
I hope my food intake is good while I'm away. As for today I guess I gotta work on eating those fruits and veggies! Don't think I will manage today but will try.
I am going to drop out of Omega's contest. The food logging is a hassle, 1.3 gallons of water is too much, and I want to take a break from that asshole the scale and just count calories and keep running. That and a half hour of running 5-6 days a week is plenty of exercise, but doesn't count for full points. In short it's just not for me. Sorry team orange!
Aww Q We will miss having your on our Team but I fully understand. However I'm sure everyone would love for you to stick around, even if you don't get all of the challenges done and don't get full points for stuff.
