Food: fruit smoothie, acorn squash with ricotta cheese sauce and roasted veggies, prunes, chicken and dumplings, tea, coconut milk
Exercise: 60 minutes of zumba

I haven't been able to get online in awhile, but that hasn't stopped me from logging my food. I have done HORRIBLE with the veggies and fruit…. Sorry to let you down guys. I have them and I eat them, just not like i should/the required amount.

I apologize for not being online - thought I would have more time on my trip to post. I don't know what I weighed on Monday (forgot to weigh in before leaving) but on Sunday morning I was 130.5. This morning I was 132.5 which is not surprising but definitely frustrating since I threw my whole plan out the window pretty much the last 3 days. So my food logs:

SUNDAY (since I didn't post before leaving)
6-inch subway sub with LOTS of veggies
Orange Julius Smoothie

fruit and veggie juice
Exercise: 3 hours of walking around the mall (my feet were sore after that!!)


MONDAY
white hot chocolate

No exercise while I was away, and pretty sure I didn't hit the 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Perhaps I can today!!

I was super sick all through the night last night and into today, really bad cough, sore throat, runny nose. Felt like I got hit with a brick. I'm not stomach sick, but I am not really in the mood to eat, so I suspect I won't hit my protein target today.

Hi team I have had a terrible tummy bug since yesterday. I can count on one hand the foods I've had last two days. Def not met protein goal today and also don't think I'll max my exercise points this week :sigh:
