I've fasted till 5 Pm today.

Weight: 82.5 Kg.

Food:
(110) Calories worth of yogurt.
260g of Beef - 405.
(75) Calories worth of butter.
2 tbs non fat milk + coffee + unsweetened cocoa powder - 110.

(100) Calories worth of yogurt.

1 Cup of white rice - 205.
3 eggs - 210.
(x2) 2 tbs of non fat milk + 1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa - 90 (180).

Total 1395. I'm still hungry though. Not sure if I'll eat something else.

ready and happy to be headed home, but the usual 8 hour drive turned into an 11 hour drive because of icy conditions. I saw lots of wrecks and it took hours to get through San Antonio this morning. We made it through fine, but this certainly caused stress and anxiety. I'm happy to be at home now so all's well that ends well.

Got my points this week. In total I have 44. A bit light since I couldn't exercise with my foot, but I expect next week will be much better.

got full points for exersice and bonus, but lost 5 points for weight gain. I did nothing but bust my butt last week so I'm rather pissed, but I'll keep plugging along and the scale will catch up. My new pants are looser than before I left so I don't understand the gain. I'll get full points this week and hopefully have a big drop.

I don't feel fat when I'm running even if I am a slow giggling mass. I've run 9 miles over 4 runs since Monday. Maybe I'll run a 5K tomorrow and up the week's total to 12 miles.

Sorry for posting late, was out of the house from 8AM and didn't get back until about 10 and went straight to bed.

water (not nearly enough for the challenge :()

bread (so good! made in house I think)

You'd think after all that I'd have gained, specially the saltiness of the steak and fries and lack of water...but I'm 131.5 today, NEW LOW! :D
 
Orange have notched up some brilliant scores....

I suspect that there has been some confusion about how to record both bonuses so I will give people a few more hours to complete their scoresheet this week - then people can see what the others have done and understand better...

Mands, AthalaRanger and BlueDragon still have to complete their scoresheet.

Angel has achieved an excellent score.
