Mood was fine this morning, but I got pretty damned crabby with pants full of cactus spins and a crappy project to get done. I didn't let it deter me from my exercise or my diet as the chips and cookies were planned post workout treats and within my calories.

Th eblack wranglers had a tough last day and they will be put to rest with cactus spins, dirt, my sweat, and a little blood from a rather nice stab/scratch a wonderful plant by the name of knifeleaf condalia gave me.

There was a bit of dessert left from yesterday and I decided to have it with breakfast :(. I have this OCD with finishing leftovers. Not good. Need to find an alternative to eating them.
Just did 20mins exercise instead of eating more 'junk' :)

Weight: 82.5 Kg.

Food:

2 hard-boiled eggs - 120
Natural yogurt - 120
3 tbs non fat milk + 3 tbs coffee + 3 tbs unsweetened cocoa - 225 (105 + 120).

Mood wasn't the best in the morning. Made a pretty concentrated drink with lots of coffee so I don't feel tired. I'm feeling fairly 'neutral' right now.

1 cup celery.
Fish squares* (Same stuff as yesterday) - 128 (4 x 32 calories each)
Butter - 250.
2 tbs non fat milk + 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa - 90 (70 + 20).

250 ml black tea.
170g beef (this one was a bit fattier than yesterday's) - 250
1 cup white rice - 216
1 tomato - 20.
Natural yogurt (Different brand this time with slightly less calories) - 60

Total calories should be around 1479 for today.

exercise: 20 min regular walk in the afternoon.

Feeling positive today, no hunger pains, no cravings, not sure if it's because my mind is focused on this again or if it was because I had a job to do today that required full attention, no interruptions.

Mood: Nothing? Mostly just too busy and tired to think about anything or even eat really - got hungry and saw time so I ate.

Just finished exercise. Feel good. Got 15mins more to do for the weekly 300min goal :). Haven't had any 'naughty' foods today like I have been doing all week. Have got a planned dessert this eve. Maximum 250cals so need to 'save' some cals for that. Feel great today :)

200g of Beef (This one is relatively lean) - 220
(150) Calories worth of butter.
Milk + cocoa - 105.

Some water.

2 cups of lettuce.
230g of boiled potatoes - 215.
(90) Calories worth of yogurt.

500 ml Herbal tea.
Water.
Total calories should be around 1445.

Mood: Tired, busy, brain dead. Are you sure it's not Friday? Can I stay home tomorrow? PLEASE?
Exercise: So far some walking - well pacing around the office while on the phone. About 20mins? Another 40 and I max out this week! I CAN DO THIS :) (will have to recheck my posts and confirm that is accurate).

Mood - Frustrated and beaten… I weighed myself the last night and I was down 3 pounds from my weigh in… I weighed myself this morning and I was up 4 pounds from last nights weight that weight and now I am up another 1.6 from this mornings weight…. And this week i have exercised each day and dieted each day, not going over 1200 calories and if I did it would be no more than an extra 100 calories. Grrr…… I haven't had a week where I have gone up, i hope I haven't gained more tomorrow or even more so on Saturday. It could be because my time is coming up…. Not happy about this

5 miles covered in the field more than half in brush and the rest in soft soil and rocks while the temp dropped 30 degrees with rain and wind. Crappy day, good night.

Feeling ill and exhausted today. Want to stay in bed. Not possible with 3 young kids. So far have lost 3.25lbs this week. Hope that's motivation enough to have a good day today lol. Got 15mins exercise left to reach max points. Think I can manage that a bit later once the meds kick in.

These challenges are great! I'm glad I joined :) While exercise challenges ends today, I still want to keep doing lots of exercise. And I'm excited for the water challenge! I've been slacking on that so it will be good to get going on that again. I need to drink just over 3 bottles (the one at work) so I figure 2 of those during the day, and 1 of the larger one I have at Staples will cover it. I can do this! Must measure the other water bottle this weekend though to make sure I'm not cheating.

Didn't do anything else yesterday so need to get in 40mins today to hit the 300min max, I CAN DO THIS! And I WILL do this!

Super tired today and forgot to bring Coke with me, which is probably a good thing.

After yesterday's episode on the scale I am feeling better today, I was given a very nice compliment and made me think just because the scale isn't giving me the answer I want, my hard work is paying off. Jeez! I am like an emotional rollercoaster aren't I?
