workout and diet are going great. weekends are hard.. my friends give me a hard time. we were all out shopping on saturday.. all day long! of course they all wanted to go to sonic at the food court in the mall.
I ended up getting a grilled chicken sandwich and eating only the chicken and the lettuce and tomato... with nasty tap water. anyway. i only cheated this weekend with some chocolate fondu (i have no idea how to spell that) and strawberrys at a wedding i went to sunday.
got up to 35lb DBs for my DB bench press today.. without my bf there to spot me.. woohoo!
