workout and diet are going great. weekends are hard.. my friends give me a hard time. we were all out shopping on saturday.. all day long! of course they all wanted to go to sonic at the food court in the mall.I ended up getting a grilled chicken sandwich and eating only the chicken and the lettuce and tomato... with nasty tap water. anyway. i only cheated this weekend with some chocolate fondu (i have no idea how to spell that) and strawberrys at a wedding i went to sunday.
got up to 35lb DBs for my DB bench press today.. without my bf there to spot me.. woohoo!
