BUT I'm soooooo hungry right now...I could stand to eat something since I am under my target caloric intake by about 150. I may have a can of green beans. I'm STARVING!!!
But I'm so excited I resisted those!!! WOOHOOO!!!!
My breakfast tends to be about twice the calories of my other meals - around 600-700 compared to around 300-400 per meal. Just keep avoiding the sweets and treats and you should be good to go. Experimentation is always good as you'll find out what works and what doesn't for you.
Umm think about something that doesn't go into your body... It might distract you enough so as to take your mind from it.![]()
