Well, I can never eat more than 2 pieces...sometimes, that's even tough. But see, here the key is "made from fresh ingredients". Not sure what pizza hut uses.
 
heh to be honest I was thinking of writing "NOT pizza hut or dominoes" because that's all processed stuff. Do you have any local pizza parlors that you could go to?
 
Made from fresh ingredients....mmm. Can't get any better than that, plus I love homemade ones. I thought Pizza Hut had the bomb pizzas, but not know since I've started making my own.
 
Or, if there's a chinese place - they typically have a vegetarian selection or if you're lucky a menu of steamed dishes like steamed chicken/veggies.
 
If you don't stop..you might be givening her ideas that she wasn't used to before..lol

Use the kitchen woman..gotta break it in sometime. Maybe you can get an oreo that way.
 
I love homeade pizza, and making it is alot of fun. Abs look great Wendy......where did you say you have fat????? Congrats on the great progress. You should put up a before for comparison, if I remember correctly you have made alot of progress !
 
Hi Missy et al. Having a hard time today with cravings. I need to input my food into fitday to see where I stand, but I caved earlier today and had an oatmeal cream pie. :( However, right now, I am munching on some green beans and I just had a banana. :)

Last night was KFC...I didn't even bother trying to be good...there was no point. :eek: But I'm still trying to be good. Since having that damn pie, I am craving another one. Trying to stop thinking of it...but it's so hard.
 
Feeling pretty good about myself today, despite yesterday's caving. So far today, I have had:

turkey wrap, apple, half sm banana (dtr wanted one and it was the only one left), and a dinner roll (from last night).

Today will consist of:

eating clean
strength training - on the total gym and with weights
cardio - elliptical (not sure if I will do an hour or half hour....)

I really want to accomplish my goals, so I'm not going to cave (and yet, even as I type this, I am thinking of those damn oatmeal cream pies!).
 
dont think about them, think about what you would feel like after you ate the oatmeal cream pie...probally guilty! (i would anyways!lol) your doing great keep it up! good luck...
