Feeling pretty good about myself today, despite yesterday's caving. So far today, I have had:
turkey wrap, apple, half sm banana (dtr wanted one and it was the only one left), and a dinner roll (from last night).
Today will consist of:
eating clean
strength training - on the total gym and with weights
cardio - elliptical (not sure if I will do an hour or half hour....)
I really want to accomplish my goals, so I'm not going to cave (and yet, even as I type this, I am thinking of those damn oatmeal cream pies!).
