Had another turkey wrap today for lunch...I'm beginning to really enjoy those. LOL

IT's snowing here today. Figures...a week to late. *sigh* oh well.

LOL I had another one today. LOL But I have been making my own. hat way I can put in as much turkey as I can, as well as lettuce and all that. :)

Spent the day at the barn....overall a good day. :) However, this morning, I got run over by an @$$h0l3 of a horse. So now, I ache and I have a nice bruise on my left leg. :(
 
OMG...this one...I wanted to beat him...so bad. LOL And the funny thing is he's the one I rode in the horse show a few months back. LOL
 
Happy New Year!!!! Day #1 of the new me!

Happy New Year, everyone! As I stated before, I am starting a new thing this year. Today is day 1 of that and I'm really motivated right now. I hope to eat clean and workout hard. I'm going to push myself whenever I can and really try to do some damage before my 32nd bday. :p

Last week nearly killed me. I feel so gross about my body today. I feel fat, I FEEL THE FAT and it's gross. I can feel the rolls as I sit here and type. I want them gone. This, from here on in, is my motivation. I don't want to have to suck it in just so I can see my abs and appear to be thin. I just want to BE thin. So here we go:

B - 2 slices toast with PB (was going to have eggs, but realized we didn't have any.); couple handfulls bacon bits, 1 cup of milk

ST workout:

Leg Pull - 1x12@70% (of weight)
Arm Pullover - 1x12@50%
Butterfly - 1x8@50%
SEated Row - 1x12@70%
Squat w/machine - 1x12@70%
One Legged Squat with machine - 1x12@70% (ea leg)
Decline Ab crunch - 1x12@70%
Seated Bench Press - 1x8@50%
Hip Abduction - 1x12@50% (s/h/d 8 or 10; form was really bad at end)
SEated Curls - 1x12@60%
Tricep Extension - 1x12@50%
Twister - 1x12@60% (ea side)
Hip and Thigh Extension - 1x12@60% (s/h/b 70%)
Pull up - 1x12@60%

Without machine:

Tricep extension (??) - 1x12@15lb weight
Regular crunches - 25?
Bridge pose - 2 for 30 secs ea
Plank Pose - 1@25 secs
Hammer Curl w/squat - 1x12@15lb (ea hand)

Lunch will be the Turkey Wrap that I love and some water. Perhaps some Apple Dippin Stix, but not sure. Depends....After my soap, I will get on the elliptical for at least a half an hour..I will update afterwards.
 
No, I wish it was :( Not to mention that it would give me an extra hour in the afternoon and it would keep my mind off how hard the elliptical would be getting. :) The elliptical is in the basement. :( Tv is not.
 
I ususally bring a book. It's not always easy to read when going up and down on the machine, but hey, given an hour on the damn thing, I can make some serious headway!

Speaking of which, I did an hour today. Wow...had to really push thru the last 15 mins! Felt reallly good getting back into gear! Then hubby had me helping him bring in 25+lb boxes of porcelin tile and 25lb bags of mortar. Talk about feeling wiped! LOL

Ugh...and sore! My legs, butt, and my ribs, esp b/w my br**sts are soooo sore.... I need a massage....:(
 
Did 30 mins on the elliptical today. Felt good. See the link in my signature to see how my food was. Feeling wiped today. Not sure why. But I'm also REALLY hungry. Grrr...I hate that feeling. :mad:
 
Just did my hr on the elliptical. having my PROTEIN bar (stingo, I will say PROTEIN bc that's what it says. LOL).Dtr is driving me nuts right now. She destroyed my living room while I was working out. Oh well. Can't win 'em all! LOL Did the following this morning:

Yes it might be a glorified candy bar..but my god they are the bomb. I'm the one who told her about them, so it's my fault.

Damn...my @$$ hurts...I think it's my sciatic nerve. Haven't had any issues with it since the birth of my dtr 3 years ago....it hurts like hell.
