Happy New Year!!!! Day #1 of the new me!
Happy New Year, everyone! As I stated before, I am starting a new thing this year. Today is day 1 of that and I'm really motivated right now. I hope to eat clean and workout hard. I'm going to push myself whenever I can and really try to do some damage before my 32nd bday.
Last week nearly killed me. I feel so gross about my body today. I feel fat, I FEEL THE FAT and it's gross. I can feel the rolls as I sit here and type. I want them gone. This, from here on in, is my motivation. I don't want to have to suck it in just so I can see my abs and appear to be thin. I just want to BE thin. So here we go:
B - 2 slices toast with PB (was going to have eggs, but realized we didn't have any.); couple handfulls bacon bits, 1 cup of milk
ST workout:
Leg Pull - 1x12@70% (of weight)
Arm Pullover - 1x12@50%
Butterfly - 1x8@50%
SEated Row - 1x12@70%
Squat w/machine - 1x12@70%
One Legged Squat with machine - 1x12@70% (ea leg)
Decline Ab crunch - 1x12@70%
Seated Bench Press - 1x8@50%
Hip Abduction - 1x12@50% (s/h/d 8 or 10; form was really bad at end)
SEated Curls - 1x12@60%
Tricep Extension - 1x12@50%
Twister - 1x12@60% (ea side)
Hip and Thigh Extension - 1x12@60% (s/h/b 70%)
Pull up - 1x12@60%
Without machine:
Tricep extension (??) - 1x12@15lb weight
Regular crunches - 25?
Bridge pose - 2 for 30 secs ea
Plank Pose - 1@25 secs
Hammer Curl w/squat - 1x12@15lb (ea hand)
Lunch will be the Turkey Wrap that I love and some water. Perhaps some Apple Dippin Stix, but not sure. Depends....After my soap, I will get on the elliptical for at least a half an hour..I will update afterwards.
