Give it time. Yes, you want to kick his butt, however, you don't want to overdo it and land in the hospital again. Take it easy. You will get there. ((HUGS))
 
Can't remember if I posted this or not, but here we go.

B: .75 c cheerios, milk, 2 eggs
S: 1 cheese stick, apple, half slice of bread
L: salad with tuna salad on top, cheese bread
S (post cardio): protein bar

Did 30 mins on the elliptical today. I had to do resistnace 4, rather than 5. I am just exhausted today.
 
Well, this is a driveby posting. I maintained this week. No change. At least I didn't gain. Been hugely busy this week and today is no different. UGH! Hope you all are doing well!
 
Thanks Jim and Sara - although, I'd prefer to lose another few pounds thank you very much. LOL
 
Ok, so I will bite the bullet.

B: banana
S: BBQ fritos
S2: BBQ fritos
S3: nutty bars
L: meatball sub
D: salad with tuna and breadstick, iced animal cookies, milk

Yup....total cheat day. :eek:
 
Yes, I will have to check it out. Today hasn't been as bad, I don't think:

B: banana, 2eggs, 3 slices bacon (omg....I had forgotten how yummy that is!)
L: half can of spaghetti O's, milk

Feeling like a putz for not working out Friday, so I may do 30 mins on the elliptical today. I have been on my feet all morning, though. I cleaned all of the upstairs and the kitchen and living rooms downstairs, which included washing the floors. So, I haven't been on my @$$ all day. :)
 
I just kicked some @$$. I did a full HOUR on the elliptical. Man! I feel so much better now! I just ate a protein bar and life is good!
 
*sigh* I'm sooo tired today.

I will be doing weights later and cardio this afternoon.
 
yes, can u believe it?! lol

had another good workout. Got up to level 6 on resistnace. Only for 5 mins, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I started at 4 for 5 mins, did 5 for about 15, went to 6 for 5 mins, then back down to 4. Tomorrow will be a long day, so I will probably do 4 or 5 for most of it.

S: apple
L: salad with tuna salad on top
S (post workout): protein bar
 
well i did not mean to eat one, i want m&m's, but i had enough beer in me, so I did not push the right button on the machine at the motel..lol
