- 1 small portion of pizza
- 1 apple with cinnamon
- 1 madeleine
- 1 soup
- veggie nuggets with ketchup and green beans
- 1 slice of whole wheat bread with butter
- 1 portion of brie cheese
- 20 crackers with butter!
- 2 squares of 60% chocolate
- 1 yogurt with stevia
 
Today
10min meditation + 50min Strength and Conditioning Workout

Food
- 1 apple with cinnamon
- 1 soup
- 2 eggs cheese omelet with zucchinis and red bell peppers
- 2 portions of cheese
- 3 portions of baguette bread with butter
- 2 small chocolate cakes
- 1 yogurt with stevia
 
Today
40min lower body strengh training

Food
Restaurant:
- mini bretzels
- veggie croque monsieur gourmet with french fries and salad
- a huge cookie with vanilla ice cream and chantilly

- 2 pieces of dried laver
- semolina with grilled bell peppers and tomatoes
- 2 chocolate mug cake!
- 1 apple

- 1 onigiri
- 3 portions of baguette bread with butter
- 2 portions of camembert cheese
- 2 savory crepes with cheese and zucchinis
- 1 banana
- 10 crakers with butter
 
Yesterday
50min kickboxing
Food
- 3 parts of chocolate/raspberries tart
- 1 veggie burger with french fries
- 1 apple pie with vanilla ice cream and custard cream
- 2 pints of beer

Today
- at least half a baguette bread with butter!
- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- 2 eggs cheese omelet with zucchinis
- 1 yogurt with stevia
- raspberies
- 3 squares of 60% chocolate
- 5 crackers
And lots of sweets... blueberry cake, vanilla cake, chocolate tart etc...
I ate way too much today I can't even write it all, it was binge day...!!

There is and will be lots of going out events, birthdays... I know I will indulge, and I already have, but I should try to listen to my body as well!
 
Would it help to eat some more protein before you go to these events to fill you up? When confronted with an array of desserts at a function I try to share some portions with others ie cut off a small piece of the things I really fancy. It's possible at the functions I go to as we usually self-cater.
Make today super healthy & drink lots of water. Tomorrow is another day xo

Thank you for your message Cate, I'll try to use some of your tips! Today is my birthday so I'll surely "have to" eat lots again but I'm going to try to limit it!

Today
I'm going back with exercise with a 40min butt and thigh workout
 
Yesterday was again a binge, I ate nearly non-stopped from afternoon to late evening... I was so stuffed that I had a hard time falling asleep.
It's strange because I know my body is stuffed but I'm like "OK just a bit more of this and a bit more of that".
I'm going to try to go back on track today, at least by not stuffing myself non-stop. It's really a journey.

Each time I binge I'm less and less inclined to exercise, but I'm going to do it anyways :)
40min cardio hiit workout!

Food
- 1 apple with cinnamon
- 1 big part of vanilla cake
- 2 portion of baguette bread with butter
- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- zucchinis
- lots of pizza
- 1 yogurt with stevia
- 5 crackers
- 2 squares of 60% chocolate

I overate today but nowhere near the last two days! I'm going to try to do even better tomorrow and slowly getting back on track :)

- 2 squares of 60% chocolate

I ate lots of carbohydrates again but it's still better than yesterday. I'll try to do even better tomorrow!
 
I'll reincorporate meditation in my morning, even just 5 minutes and try to stay consistent with it, I know it helped me in the past with overeating.

I had a mini binge episode, I just couldn't stop eating something more, and something more... But I still stopped before it was way too much.
It's difficult when I have a day or two of extra to go back on track, but I'll try to do bette tomorrow.

Again, better than yesterday but I ate lots of crackers and chocolate, I reallly have to remind mindself that I can eat more the next day.

- 1 veggie cheese steak with green beans and white rice
- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- 1 banana

- 2 squares of 60% chocolate
- 1 Kinder Country bar
- 2 portions of chocolate tart

Again lots of sweets, but I will try to do better little by little :)

- cherry tomatoes
- savory puff pastry with pesto and cheese
- fried rice

- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- 2 slices of lemon / raspberry tart
- 2 slices of chocolate tart

It was my mother's birthday, and I ate lots again, but I at least didn't binge too much and was "OK" at the beginning.
I will try to go right back on track tomorrow!

A bit too much sweet and fat but no binge so it's still progress!

- 1 hot chocolate with mini marshmallows
- 1 small chocolate muffin with nutella and roasted hazlenuts
- 1 chocolate mousse
- 3 square cheese Apericube
- 1 soup
- 2 eggs cheese omelet with white rice and greens beans
- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- 3 portions of baguette bread
- 1 banana
- 7 crackers
- 3 squares of 70% chocolate


Fairly good day, I'm glad. Tomorrow is another birthday so I'll do my best not to overdo it!

It was another birthday today, the cake was delicious so I ate a lot and I was a bit nauseated afterwards. It's really difficult to control myself!

Yes it was hard! I'll try to add more fruits and veggies, I always tell myself to first eat them before eating anything else but it's difficult...

I didn't binge but I ate too much sweets again, it's kinda hard to lower my sugar consumption, but I'll try.

I binged again today, I have trouble getting back on track after this festive period. I will try to meditate to begin the day tomorrow and stop to think/breathe before I grab something to eat.
