Today
10min meditation and 50min cardio/HIIT

Food
- 1 apple with cinnamon and almonds
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread with butter
- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- veggie meatballs with zucchinis, cherry tomatoes and ketchup
- 1/2 quenelle with béchamel (french dish)
- 1 yogurt with stevia
- 1 madeleine

Great day, I ate a madeneine even if I was no longer hungry but I had no trouble stopping at one so I'm happy :)

I realize that I'm nearly at one month into my diary-writing and I found that it helps me staying accountable!
I feel already better in my body, and I see in the mirror that I have lost a bit of weight! I hope that I will get back to my former body in one month, I'll then try to put on my old pants! Go go go tomorrow!!

10min meditation + 40min lower body strengh training

Food
- 1 Pink Lady apple with cinnamon and pecans nuts
- 1 dried laver
- 2 eggs cheese omelet with zucchinis and red bell peppers
- 3 slices of whole wheat bread with butter
- 1 portion of baguette bread
- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- 1 yogurt with stevia
- 1 banana
- 1 madeleine

I'm happy with today too! I again ate a madeleine at the end of my dinner, but one was sufficient and didn't make me overeat!
Great session with my new dumbbells too^^

- 2 big chocolate cookies with chocolate inside and pecan nuts (thank you sister...)

- 1 banana

It was a great day again, even if I ate 2 big cookies of my sister... I really can't resist cookies, but I'm glad I stopped at 2!

Summary
It's been a month since I began writing in this forum and it's really useful for me : I saw more results than before when I wasn't writing what I was eating. I had one binge episode in one month and some overeating episodes.
I want to be able to learn more and more about my appetite and stop eating when I'm full while continuing sport and meditation everyday.
I hope I will reach my goal in one month, just before my birthday! :)

- 2 slices of whole wheat bread with butter
- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- 1 portion of Babybel cheese
- 1 yogurt with stevia
- 2 XXL chocolate chip cookies with chocolate inside

Couldn't resist my sister's cookies again, but I'm glad I didn't ate more than 2 big ones!

I should have eaten only one madeleine but took two. Even then, it's OK because I didn't binge.

- 1 small part of cheese-trout quiche
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread with butter
- 1 portion of cheese
- 1 yogurt with stevia

- 2 madeleines
- 1 portion of baguette bread with 1 square of 70% chocolate


Rest day today. I ate a bit too much after dinner again. It was not overly much so it's still OK :)

- 1 yogurt with stevia
- 1 crepe with nutella

Today there was a lot of tentations : lots of mini chocolate Triano absolutely delicious and crepes with nutella...
I ate them because I don't want to deprive myself but I'm happy that I didn't overate.
Usually, I can't just eat one crepe, I have to eat at least 2, 3, 4... So it's still OK! I'll try not to eat too much sweets tomorrow.

Good day even if I ate nutella, I didn't overdit it :)

My sister striked again with a chocolate cake, so I ate a bit too much. I still have some problems to stop but I didn't overdo it either so that's good.

I ate a bit too much tonight, I think that it's because it's been a long time since I ate glutinous rice, so I ate that, but I still wanted baguette braed and sweets afterwards. I still stopped myself before it became a binge.

lol unfortunately my sister still there! She made an apple pie yesterday, but with a premade pie crust and I'm less inclined to eat when it's not homemade! ;D

I ate too much again, I could have really gone without those 10 crackers, I think I wanted to eat something "neutral"... Difficult to realize what went through my mind, I'll try to stop and think next time.
