Unfortunately, yesterday was another binge day + italian restaurant...

Today was slightly better but still not quite good with what I wanted to do :
- no more bread
- no preparations with added sugar

I ate :
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 apple
- 1 tangerine
- 2 soups
- 2 slices of whole wheat toast
- 5 crackers with butter
- 2 portion of camembert cheese
- 2 madeleines
- at least 5 christmas cookies
- potatoes with lots of raclette cheese
- 1 portion of baguette bread with butter
- 1 square of 70% chocolate

What I want to do little by little :
- stop eating white bread and crackers
- stop eating sugary things (I can bake sweets but without added sugar)
- eat more veggies and more protein
- meditate each day, even for only 5 minutes
 
You binged, but you picked yourself straight up & moved on. I don't know any perfect people, hon :grouphug:
I like your plan. Try to reduce your consumption of sugar & white bread & crackers just a little bit at a time. Eating more veggies & more protein will gradually take the place of unhealthy things. Meditating, even just a little bit each day will be so good for you. I'm trying to as well.
