Today
Morning: 10min meditation + 30min lower body strengh training
Food:
- 1 apple with cinnamon
- 1 onigiri
- 2 eggs cheese omelet with green beans
- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- lot of bread baguette with butter
- 1 fromage blanc with stevia
- 2 squares of 70% chocolate
- 9 chocolate / strawberry candies
- 5 madeleines
- 1 milk bread
- some chocolate biscuits

Unfortunately, I had an overeating / binging crisis at dinner.
I think what started it was the baguette. My mom bought my favourite baguettes and I kept thinking about it. The outcome : I had WAY too much of it.
But if I had stopped here it would have been OK, but I pursued with lots of other things until my stomach was ready to litteraly burst and the food was no longer good when I tasted it...
I KNEW I was on auto pilot mode, but I felt good numb like that.
Next time, I'll try to not eat in front of a tv show, maybe it'll help me control it.

It's not the end of the world, so I'll do better next time!
 
After my binge crisis yesterday, I had a stomach ache so I had a yoga session for the digestive system which felt good.
I realised that one of the perks to write in this journal is that I will be able to track my binge crises and eating patterns.

Food :
- 1 apple with cinnamon
- 1 white chocolate / strawberry candy
- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- Bread baguette with butter (again, quite a lot)
- 1 piece of dried laver
- 2 eggs cheese omelet with zucchini, tomatoes and pastas with emmental cheese
- 2 squares of 70% chocolate
- 1 yogurt with stevia
- 1 pack of 5 crakers with butter
- 1 milk bread

I ate again more than I should have, but it was not as bad as yesterday. Again, it was too much baguette.
I don't want to remove any food I like from my diet, but maybe I should temporarily, I don't know yet, I'll see tomorrow.

Exercise: 10min meditation + 30min kickboxing workout
Food :
- 1 apple with cinnamon
- 1 slice of whole wheat bread with camembert cheese
- white rice
- sauteed vegetables
- 4 vegetables nems
- 6 steamed prawns croissants (dumplings)
- 4 prawn crakers
- 1 dame blanche (french dessert with vanilla ice cream, chocolate, chantilly and biscuit)
 
Today

- 1 applesauce
- 1 apple Gala with cinnammon (this one was really delicious!)
- 1 small portion of baguette bread with butter
- 2 eggs cheese omelet with zucchini and tomatoes
- 3 slices of whole wheat bread with butter
-2 portions of camembert cheese
- 1 fromage blanc with stevia
- 1 banana
- 1 milk bread
- 1 madeleine
 
15 min meditation + 25min upper body strengh training

Food:
- 1 apple (Reinette) with cinnamon
- Vegetable meatballs (with wheat protein and vegetables)
- glutinous rice
- zucchini, spinach and tomatoes
- 2 portions of camembert cheese
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread with butter
- 1 portion of baguette bread with butter
- 1 fromage blanc with stevia
- 1 banana
- 1 mini sacher (chocolate cake)
 
18min meditation (chakras and affirmations) + 25min hiit

Food:
- two balls of glutinous rice
- 1 apple Gala with almonds and cinnamon
- Veggie nuggets with spinach, tomatoes and zucchini
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread with butter
- 1 portion of camember cheese
- 1 fromage blanc with stevia
- 1 banana

Hi cate! Yes, yesterday was perfect :) It felt great!
No, I don't want to use a scale because I want to detach myself from a "number" and apps usually ask you to enter your weight.
Or can you use an app without entering your weight? And do you find it beneficial?
I still have some protein powder from my protein-obsessed-days, I don't know if I'l finish it, maybe just with water to hydrate myself during sport.

Today
8min meditation + 40min lower body strengh training

Food:
- 1 apple Gala with cinnamon and almonds
- 2 eggs cheese omelet with red bell pepper, zucchinis and tomatoes
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread with butter
- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- 1 banana
- 1 fromage blanc with stevia
 
If it's working for you, not logging in an app & being precise I would stick with what you're doing :)
 
Yeah, I'll try like this for the moment:)

Today: 10min meditation + 50min cardio

Food:
- 1 portion of baguette bread with butter
- 1 apple with cinnamon
- 2 big cookies with chocolate inside (my sister bakes nearly everyday and I love cookies... xD But I'm glad I succeedeed stopping at two!)
- 2 eggs cheese omelet with two tomatoes, zucchini and red bell peppers
- 1 1/2 slices of whole wheat bread with butter
- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- 1 fromage blanc with stevia
- 1 banana

Tomorrow, big japanese restaurant for lunch, I'll try to not eat too much!
 
Yesterday

15min stretching

Bentô with :
- 1 big salmon onigiri
- 3 vegetable gyôzas
- 1 small cabbage salad
- 4 shrimp tempuras
- 4 salmon sushis
And one dorayaki with red bean filling

- 5 white chocolate / strawberry candies
- 1/2 big chocolate cookie
- 2 portions of baguette bread with butter
- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- lots of fried rice with 1 tomato
- 1 banana
- 1 madeleine
- 1 fromage blanc with stevia

I overate yesterday but did not binge : I ate when I was not hungry, I'll try to do better today :)
 
Today

15min meditation + 45min kickboxing

Food:
- 1 apple with cinnamon and a couple of almonds
- 2 big portions of baguette bread with butter
- 1 portion of camembert cheese
- 2 eggs cheese omelet with broccoli and bell pepper
- 1 banana
- 1 madeleine

I'm really happy with my food today, I have to get back on track as soon as I wander from my health path!
I'll try to continue like that tomorrow~

- 1 portion of camembert brie cheese
- 2 eggs cheese omelet with broccolis and cherry tomatoes
- 1 yoghurt with stevia
- 1 banana
- 1 madeleine

Another good day, I'm happy with today, I ate a madeleine at the end of my desserts even if I was not hungry anymore, but I succeeded at stopping at one, so that's a success :)

A good day again, but my sister baked cookies again, so... xD

I ate too much chocolate chips cookies XD I hope my sister will stop baking a bit, it's difficult to resist!

Yesterday, I also ate a madeleine and I really overate because I had trouble falling asleep because of my too-full stomach.
I'll try to do better today and remind mindself that I can eat more tomorrow.

Today

- 2 eggs omelet with zucchini, spinach and cherry tomatoes
- 1 falafel

- 1 fromage blanc with stevia
- 1 banana
- 5 crakers with butter
- 1 square of 70% chocolate
- 1 madeleine

Today was OK, but I always eat a bit too much after dinner.

I was happy with myself today! My sister baked a chocolate cake again today, but I just took a small bit for dessert, telling myself that I could always eat more tomorrow when I was not full :)
I'll try to keep at it tomorrow! I also bought new dumbbells of 8kg each so can't wait to try them!
 
Well done on only having a small piece of chocolate cake. That must be so hard with your sister baking. Can you find her another hobby? :)

Haha unfortunately she loves eating and baking sweets! I was like her before too so I understand but it's kind of frustrating. I'll do my best to eat moderately if I "succomb" to it~

Great day again! I nearly ate way too much but I told myself again that I could eat more desserts tomorrow when I was hungry.
It's obvious but it's kind of hard, maybe as I repeat it again and again it will be more easy as time comes by :)
