80% of the time I cook for myself. Sometimes I'll have a bad day at wrestling and hope to come home to some hot food...most of the time theres none there. :/ So I usually have to cook it myself and since I'm starving I never go with anything exotic or fancy. Just the basics, quick and easy.

Heh, a few - I think it's an excellent resource. To this point I've not been disappointed in any of the recipes I've tried. (Maybe a little vexed by some, but I'd chalk that up to my inexperience as a cook). And the community there is always willing to help/give advice.

Spinning

Good class again yesterday, and our instructor promised us an endurance ride tomorrow. We've been going hard at it so it will be good to have a break. We're also getting together tonight at the Italian place across the street for a little holiday gathering. Looking forward to it.

Been concentrating on balance mainly of late - bringing feet together for the stability ball exercises, so while the weights aren't changing, my form is.
 
Make that 3-cheez lasagna with meat sauce .. oooooooo :p
