Hope everyone is doing well. I did post Week3's challenge on the original thread, so be sure check it out.

Tomorrow is weigh in day. Personally I EXPECT to see a loss as I have upped my exercise big time this week. After weigh in, be sure to total you points please.

Hi Team! I started this challenge at 207.6 pounds... I am feeling alot of water retention, hopefully I can get it off, and some fat! and help the team!!

This weeks challenge for those of you with ADD like me!!!

For WEEK 3 Challenge, we are going to have to do what Mom used to always say . . .Eat Your Fruits & Veggies!
This week, be sure to eat at least 4 servings from the fruit and veggie group, being sure that you get both a fruit and veggie serving in everyday. Thats to say that you cant eat just fruits or just veggies in one day to get the points.

Give yourself +1 point for EVERYDAY you eat a minimum of 4 servings fruits/veggies.
Give yourself +5 points for Week1 build on bonus if you journal you food intake
Give yourself +5 points for Week2 build on bonus for adding 45min of exercise on top of the minimum of 90min
For a maximum of 17 points bonus points

For those of you who missed it on the original thread.

Almost didn't get in my fruit yest. Had PLENTY of veggies on monday but only fruit I had by 9pm was cranberries in trail mix, not quite a serving. However, I rembmered there were some chocolate covered straberries my sister made me for my anniversary, so I had them gpt dessert! YUM!

Ya did way better then me though! I think I had an apple yesterday... that's it though... and I haven't had any fruits or veggies today thus far... This weekly chalange is going to be my downfall I tell ya... what is considdered one serving though?

So since this week for me is quite doomed when it comes to the fruits and stuff I'll most likely concentrate on the exercise bonus as well as the journaling bonus. I might be able to get one or two fruit points... lol

Oh! And just for my own braging rights! :D I almost got a 1600 combbo yesterday! I had like 1580- or 90, I got so frustrated! But I broke my own record! YAAAAAY me! :D :D :D
