Today's Weight: 187.0

Breakfast: 4 Yogurts, 1 Banana, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 4 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Ham and Cheese sandwich, 1 Bag of Cheetos, 1 Banana.

Snack: 1 Shortbread Cookie, 4 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Steamer's TV Dinner (Beef Teriyaki); 1 Rotisserie Chicken Breast.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters, 1 Tall Hazelnut Mocha Coconut Milk Mocchiato.

Estimated Calories: 2610

Exercise: 3 Hours of Walking.

Ugh it snowed again, though the good news is that winter supposedly is almost over. Also I got to leave work early so I treated my self to some Starbucks. Also I wish Misty would learn that it's not a good idea to walk down a hilly area in the snow. I slipped and slid down and got covered in snow!
 
I don't know how you survive your Winters! Ours are very mild really. Phew!

The winters here are generally mild also. We may get one snowstorm, but this year's winter has been awful. I'm glad it's almost over!
 
Also I wish Misty would learn that it's not a good idea to walk down a hilly area in the snow. I slipped and slid down and got covered in snow!
I didn't just laugh......really, I didn't.....well, maybe I smiled a bit :D

Ugh my weight isn't going down. Also stress isn't exactly helping it.

Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters, 6 Rum and Diet Cokes, 1 Irish Trash Can, 1 shot of Fireball.

I did okay today though I should have avoided the cookies (They leave them out at my apartment rental office). Also I tried something called an Irish Trash Can since it was St. Patrick's Day which was high in calories.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Steamers TV Dinner (Fettuccine Alfredo).

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters, 4 Rum and Diet Cokes, 2 cans of Rolling Rock Beer.

Happy St. Patrick's Day or as I like to call it "National Get Drunk on Cheap Beer with Green Food Coloring Day"! They had events all day, I went a little later. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately?) they were out of green beer when I got there.

I figured it wouldn't last I was doing good then my weight went back up again. I also tried not to eat junk food today but I couldn't resist lol.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters, 2 Hot Teas, 1 tbsp of Honey.

Today was not my day. My weight went up significantly, when I ate my sandwich I realized I forgot to remove the paper, I'm starting to get sick and to make things worse it's going to snow Wed and Sun!

A much better day today, I just wish Spring would hurry up and come. It's almost April and snowing.

I can tell express how tired I am of the cold and the snow. It snowed today even though it's supposed to be spring time and it's supposed to snow on Sunday! Is it EVER going to warm up? With my luck, it'll snow until May! Oh well at least my weight went down and I got a day off...
