Lunch: 1 Soba Noodle Broth Bowl, 1/2 Seasonal greens salad, 1 French Baguette all from Panera Bread.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice TV Dinner (Meatloaf).

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2450

My weight is going down which is good, though I ate a little too much today. I had to cut down on the walking a bit because it was really windy out.

I went a little high Calorie wise but Not a bad day. The only thing I had that was junk was the Doughnuts.

WTH?!? I can't believe my weight jumped up so much. Yesterday I did go up a bit calorie wise but not much. I don't think it's jumped up that much even after cheat days where I've went nuts. My only guess is the Marisco (seafood gumbo). I basically guessed the calories so it may have been more, it was kind of a generous serving. Oh well, just my luck. I did better today though I should have stayed away from the salty snacks.

I was out and about after work so I went to Arby's and I ate a little more than I should have today.

This cold weather is getting on my nerves. It's supposed to be spring yet its still freezing out, plus it's prob going to snow Monday. Spring needs to come ASAP!

I did a lot better today with the exception of the doughnuts and the free samples. I still got to watch it since my calories count was a little high.

I tried to do better today but I could escape the lure of Cici's lol. Besides walking I got some exercise cleaning my apartment since Misty had the runs and pooped all over the floor..ugh.
 
I don't know how you survive your Winters! Ours are very mild really. Phew!
