Breakfast: 2 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 Pieces of Toast, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 4 Cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Ham and Swiss Sandwich, 1 Bag of Potato Chips.

Dinner: 1 Piece of Pan seared Salmon, 1 side of Asparagus, 1 side of Mashed Potatoes.

Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters, 1 Manhattan, 1 Old-Fashioned

Estimated Calories: 2450

Exercise: 1.5 Hour Walking.

Lunch: 1 Roast Beef and Pepperjack Sandwich, 1 Bag of Potato Chips.

Snack: 1 Orange, 2 Yogurts.

Dinner: 2 Pieces of Roast Chicken w/ Teriyaki sauce, 1 side of White Rice, 1 side of Spinach.

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2450

Exercise: 2 Hours of Walking.

My dog's still doing better so I'm gradually increasing her walk time.

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

If you've noticed I put a new goal on the board. I figured adding a "mini-goal" would be a good way to motivate myself into getting back down to 180, especially since my weight has creeped back up to 189! I figured its a good time to do it since I don't really have any meetups scheduled for the month.
