Hope you don't get sick again. Is there enough vitamin C in your food? Maybe you need to add fresh fruit, & some garlic too to help fight the Winter bugs.

I'm fairly sure you don't get enough Vit C. I aim for 100mg daily. Here is a list of food high in Vit C-
1) Guava
1 fruit: 377 mg (over 628% DV)

2) Black Currant
1 cup: 203 mg (over 338% DV)

3) Red pepper
1 cup raw: 190 mg (over 317% DV)

4) Kiwi
1 piece: 164 mg (273% DV)

5) Green peppers
1 cup chopped, raw: 120 mg (200% DV)

6) Orange
1 large: 82 mg (over 163% DV)

7) Strawberries
1 cup: 89.4 mg (149% DV)

8) Papaya
1 cup, in pieces: 86.5 mg (over 144% DV)

9) Broccoli
1 cup raw: 81.2 mg (135% DV)

10) Kale
1 cup raw: 80 mg (134% DV)

11) Parsley
1 cup, fresh: 79.8 mg (over 133%)

Snack: 2 Yogurts, A few pieces of Chocolate Candy.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice TV Dinner (Meatloaf).

Miscellaneous: 6 Bottled Waters, 1 Hot Tea, 1 Glass of Wine, 1 Ginger Ale.

Estimated Calories: 2700

Exercise: 3 Hours Walking.

Well you know what they say be careful what you wish for, my weights going down but I'm also still kind of sick. Of course I stupidly went to a meetup I had been planning on going to for a while though I only stayed for 2-3 hours.

Happy New Year!!! I was feeling much better so I went out for New Years. I was doing good today calories-wise until I went out.

I spent most of the day recovering from New years. I tried not to go out since it was in the teens (in F it would be negative numbers in C!). It was so cold that my dog didn't want to stay out. I may get her a dog sweater today.

You have done very well Matt. Your 8 years ago photo is lovely though. Now for a photo of you with that nice smile. You should be very proud of yourself. A photo of Misty in the new sweater would be good. I bought our little dog a jumper(that's what we call them) just for fun & she looks hilarious!

Yeah I'm not much of a smiler, though I did smile in the tacky sweater photo! As for a pic of Misty in her sweater, your wish is my command!!

Ugh my weight went up, maybe b/c I didn't do as much walking last night. I did most of my walking in the morning, I think my dog got frustrated bc she found some discarded fried chicken on the ground that she tried to get (unsuccessfully).
