Today's weight: 183.2

Breakfast: 4 Yogurts, 2 Doughnut Holes.

Snack: 1 King Size Snickers Bar, 1 Kind Bar, 1 Pack of Nekot Cookies.

Lunch/Dinner: 1 Garden Salad w/ Ranch Dressing, 3 Slices of Pepperoni Pizza, 1 20 oz. Dr. Pepper.

Miscellaneous: 1 20 oz. Cherry Coke.

Estimated Calories: 3700

I screwed up today and ate pizza and other junk foods. Even though it was a cheat day I wanted to try to to eat anything too bad. At least I had a salad.
 
I saw you put doughnut holes down once before & thought it was your idea of a joke. I just googled them & found there is such a thing. I was thinking "doughnut holes- they won't be fattening!" :rofl: Wrong!

LOL Yeah you think something so small wouldn't be that bad, but nooo!

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters, 1 Medium Starbucks Peppermint Mocha, 4 Rum and Diet Cokes, 1 20 oz. Dr. Pepper, 1 Alagash White Ale.

Ugh I went a little too crazy today. I think for Sunday I'll calm down a bit.

Miscellaneous: 2 20 oz. Dr. Peppers.

Since I went crazy Saturday I tried to scale back a bit for Sunday. I was doing good until dinner when I decided to have a Sundae and had 3 sodas. I had a fairly active day since I decided to clean my place which I haven't done in too long.

Ugh my weight went up though it was only 1 lb, but still. I'm going to try to be more careful especially since Thursday is Thanksgiving. On a better note today was the 8th anniversary that I got Misty. I had started off fostering her and eventually adopted her. I had made a crown for her and was going to to try to get a cute picture but she wouldn't let me put it on! (She doesn't like having her picture taken).

This is a month after I first got her. Not she was a bit chunky lol.

Exercise: 3.5 Hours of Walking, 25 Minutes of Weight Training.

I'm going to try start lifting weights again. Every Tuesday and Thursday for 25 minutes.

I screwed up and had some cookies, however in fairness I did do a lot of walking. Some of it was from me trying to avoid Lyft's surge pricing, I was not going to pay $150-200 for a ride home, I'll sooner walk!!
